I can?t really say that I enjoyed the experience it was more or less a walk in and walk out. We waited over ten mins for service... at the bar that wasn?t busy while the bar maid did not even acknowledge us or remove any dirty plates from the lastpatron???????????. Sadly after ten mins and no menu we choose to leave. ???????? I definitely will not be returning to thislocation again the service has continually declined as my last experience with a group from work we were told we could not beaccommodated then we?re told we could, which is counter productive for a business that is based in the service industry. The food always something missing. I use the app and substitute items and they never get it right! Plus the sauces on the... boneless wings isn't a lot we had to buy our own bottle of it just to have it. Kinda frustrating especially since we take it allthe way home to see it and the app doesn't give you an option to add extra sauce so you get some. I love the guy with thecolored hair he's always so kind! And goes back and checks on the orders several times! He is a great worker! Very kind! Butordering on the app I now know to add 10-15 mins because they are always behind on Thursday! Always have a good vibe there ?? Read more
This was not a good experience. There was 9 of us took an hour and a half to get our order after waiting 45 minutes to order.... Food was mediocre at best and I am being nice. We had to call the manager to deal with the issue and he was really no help atall. People in our party left without getting their food. Obviously staffing is always an issue but for a Saturday night it wasless than half full. Not a big review guy but this was not a pleasant experience. Read more

For signing up with BWW we were able to get our loaded nachos for free!! They were good too. We also went on a Thursday where... they have BOGO free boneless wings as well! Food came fast but they don?t really put a lot of sauce on the wings . We had tosend back to get re dipped . But that did it without a problem. It?s a cool wing spot to hit up. Read more
Would give 0 stars if I could, service was absolutely trifling, sat for nearly 30 minutes and didn?t even get my appetizer.... Decided to leave after I noticed there was food in my soda, no service and dish washer, definitely buffalo WILD wings. Woulddefinitely choose a different restaurant. Read more
You can pretty much sit yourself , it's was clean and the food was very good and on Tuesdays wing day . The onion rings are... the best just need a few more on plate for price. The young lady who was are server was very nice and she keep asking if we needanything which is very good customer service. Will be going back again. Read more
I took my sons to your restaurant tonight had a bad experience first ot took 30 minutes just to get a order of mozzarella sticks... brought to the table my sons food came but then it took them another 25 minutes just to bring me my double cheese burger. Yourremodeled restaurant looks great but the same old service just terrible but to dine out is great. I hope that you get this undercontrol. The servers don't come around that much. When my dinner finally showed up it was good, but my sons were done withtheir dinner so they had to watch me eat so I had to rush through my food that was in my opinion not acceptable I will say I waslet down again by your company we were there for 1 hrs and 30 minutes for a party of 3.
