Came into nothing but posivity. Didn't see my order on the rack because I did a mobile order. April who was already helping... another customer told me it was in the back. An someone brought it out. I love Chipotle's food so no issues there, portions were good. The staff was slow, and didn't seem to care about the long lines... or the fact that people were waiting on food to be prepped. If you're getting an online order or getting something that's notpopular then I'd give it????. Read more
When it comes to food quality, between this location and the pleasant valley location, they're both stellar. They're far... superior than the horrific Parmatown location, which to date, seriously needs to be shut down by the department of health.However, What makes this location an issue is when they choose to do drive-through orders only. Typically, when it'sdrive-through orders only, They don't mean drive through orders only. They lock the doors and you must order through the app.They should probably find a way to notify their customers when they do this, because walking up to a locked door, with no signson the door during business hours is always unacceptable. This place is so bad. It used to be great. I was here in line ordering food and it was soooo slow. To top it off, my bowl had a... small curly black hair in it! Who can only guess what that is! This is one of the better Chipotle's. It gets very busy at times whether it is inside or the drive-thru. If you are there during... peak hours be prepared to wait. The food is fresh and the portions are hefty. Read more
We just came in on Halloween night at about 9:30 PM- They were packed and took their time with every customer with smiles on all... of their faces (even though they were close to closing time)!
