Fries don't taste the way they use to. Sweet tea was so watered down. It doesn't seem to be worth the money anymore. Too... expensive for what you get. Read more
Don't order table service here.... they kiosks won't print receipts and the workers are too lazy to walk over and hand you the... food. Instead they'll scream an order number multiple times before just leaving it. You have to literally walk up to the frontcounter and paw thru the bags in hopes that it's your food. Read more
Horrible experience and horrible manager, Mya. The way she talks to the employees is crazy. I heard her yelling and cussing at... the person taking orders. I then got the wrong order after waiting like 9 minutes at the pay window, because the cars in frontof me weren?t moving. When I came in to get it corrected I waited to be addressed for like 7 minutes, no one acknowledged me.Yet they all looked at me, so I left with the wrong order and 1000% unsatisfied. Went there tonight to buy my 4 kids & I a quick late dinner ,as I had a busy day & had to pick up my daughter that works close... to there at 9 pm . Instant REGRET,as soon as we got home. Fries were old & tasted like they were sitting all day. Burger waslike rubber , tasted like it was warmed in the microwave. Fish sandwich was soaked, I mean soaked with tarter & chicken nuggetswere ok, but not warm. Sadly we only got to enjoy our milkshakes.* This is a reminder as to why I stopped going to McDonald'sover a year ago. Literally a waste of money*. Ordered a number 6 meal. I received just a sandwich. I asked for the drink and the cashier said the sandwiches don?t come with... a drink. I said I ordered a meal and the cashier even asked me medium or large? I asked for a large. And she would not giveme a drink. She said she could only give me a orange juice. Dined in. Was a little better this time although when I didn't get my drinks with the order the girl I told was a bit snooty... about it. I honestly only go to Brooklyn McDonald's when I am passing by and it is convenient. It is definitely not the one Iwould go out of my way for. Read more
It's nearly impossible for the staff to cook menu items to order. My wife doesn't like cheese on her burger and we specifically... order at the kiosk to make this easier to understand. Burger had cheese reorder took in excess of 5 minutes and wasn't correctthe second time. I would love to call corporate but our receipt didn't print so I guess it didn't happen. Read more
Overall everything was good. But the guy at the register was being pulled away to pack up door dash,Uber, drive thru orders and... not doing the register. Many of us waited & felt bad 4 him.
