The Brooklyn location and Parma Heights are the only Penn Station's I go to. They both are the best! Quick friendly service,... hardly ever mess up my order, everything is always fresh, they're never out of lemonade, dining rooms are always clean, etc. The best cheesesteak out of all sub chains in the area! Yesterday was my first visiting the Ridge Park Square location. I place a call-in order and the young man I spoke to told me it... would be 20-25 minute until my order was ready but, it was ready in 15 minutes. Visit was Nov 18 around 555pm. Nice employees. Clean store. Did you guys change your portions? These are some lanky... sandwiches. Hardly any toppings. Asked for lettuce on my veggie and I can see like 4 shreds and I wanted bell peppers and gotbanana peppers. Haven't been in awhile and I'm pretty disappointed. It will be awhile before we come back. Very tasty subs - my favorite is the Philly Cheesesteak, with the Dagwood and Pizza sub close behind. Kinda pricey, so I... usually only go there with a coupon. If you sign up for their email club, they send you coupons/deal notifications every fewmonths, and really good coupons every few months. Delicious lemonade, too. Read more
