If you are going to charge for dipping sauce maybe not forget to put them in the bag.
7-23-22 about 5:00PM I asked how much for a large pepperoni pizza, She said $19 dollars I said that is way too much. We have a... special large 3 topping pizza, for $11 Dollars so I can get tipple Peperoni for $11 dollars, now that price sounds right. Ipicked it up at about 5:00pm, when I got home and looked at it I noticed it was smaller than I remembered, a large is suppose tobe 13" and it was 12" and there were about only eight pieces of peperoni on the whole pizza and none under the cheese, I ordereda 3x the peperoni pizza. The crust had about two inches from the edge nothing on it no sauce, cheese nothing. I called them andtold them I will never get a pizza there again at there location 7002 Biddulph, Rd Brooklyn, Ohio 44144 . Now I know why they donot put there address on there recipe. #032812 I would give this place no star rating, but I had to give it one to be able topost it. Read more

Should have looked at reviews before ordering. Ordered a pan pizza, and these photos make the pizza look good compared to what... I got. I expect pan pizzas to have a crisp golden brown crusts. Which is the exact reason I ordered a pan pizza instead of ahand tossed. What I received was a floppy undercooked oil soaked pizza. I called and requested a refund, and was told I wouldhave to drive to the store with my delivery order. In hindsight, I wish I would've. Instead, I requested a replacement pizza.These photos are of the replacement pizza. The original was slightly worse but both pies were simply gross. Getting back toback undercooked pizzas tells me that's how this place rolls, and I'm fine never ordering from them again. Read more

I spent $45 on dinner today and the food wasnt hot and they forgot my pop! I understand most places are short staffed but having... just one person run a entire pizza place is freaking insane!!!!! I used to love ordering from this location but this is thesecond time they've messed my order up and I promise it will not be a third time!!!! Read more

If it?s snowing forget about it, a male delivery driver wouldn?t even come to our doorstep even when plowed. The weird delivery... lady keeps coming to my back door and the customer service is trash. We ordered naked boneless wings, I went to pick up theorder, and asked for Buffalo dip on the side. They proceeded to try to charge me even though naked boneless wings are notreduced in price. They?re lucky to get two stars. Read more

The worse and driest cheesy sticks you will ever eat. They should be ashamed of serving that. Also the older man who delivers... doesn?t get out of the car and expects you to walk to his car?what kind of service is this when we had cleaned our walkway onpurpose. The NEW pizza crust ONLY by Pizza Hut, half crust ,half pie. In case you can't find bread you grab one of they're pies. Good job... Pizza Hut, another way of making money during the pandemic. I think 1 star is way too much. Read more

Granted it us Superbowl Sunday when this happened, and their service was pretty quick, but I ordered 3 different p'zones and... they didnt lable any of them. Also ordered 24 medium boneless wings and 16 bbq wings which i recieved with hardly any sauce onthe bbq wings as you can see from the picture.. Not satisfied about that at all. If i wanted chicken strips and a little bit ofbbq then I would have ordered that from somewhere.. Read more
