I expect a certain level of disorder when visiting places like this. But this store is complete chaos. I placed an online order... and when I arrived it wasn?t ready (not a problem) so I waited inside. During the 10 minute or so wait the employee at thecounter shouted to two teens (she was related to them) about what type of sauce they wanted. She then proceed to talk to themvery loudly where they repeatedly used the n word (they were white). Then a man with a visible gun entered and asked for themale employee in the back. The male employee came forward and they exchanged something between their hands. The patron with thegun started making out with a female employee. My order was ready and I dashed out the door. Order was correct but fries werecold. Would not recommend this location unless you like action. Read more
Great wings! Very saucey! Only problem I had was the dine in experience. Saw manager treat one of his teenage employees... unkindly. There was also loud cursing in the back where the kitchen was with said Manager talking to a female co worker. Otherthan the unsettling environment the food was great ????. Read more
Ordered online through wingstop. The wrong order was delivered. Frustrate I looked up the closest wingstop in hopes this is... where the order came from. It was but I did not get help. The manager said yes my order was still sitting there. I would haveto go through my bank to get my money back and did not offer to deliver the correct order. The lady at the front (and the back at the same time) with blonde hair and black glasses was absolutely phenomenal. Her customer... service was the best I have ever see . We will be back strictly because of her, and how fresh the wings were! ?? Read more
First time order for delivery. Food was ahead of schedule. The wings were awesome. Tried all sorts of flavors. Unfortunately... some of our food was forgotten at the restaurant but they had it brought right back out and threw in some fries! Good serviceand food. Read more
Not happy with the food or pricing here ????Overly expensive and our wings were nothing to write home about. To start, we... thought we got a special fir 3 adults an 1 child...well that set us back almost $70 bucks! We only got wings with four sauces,fries and 4 drinks! The taste was good but the wings were over cooked, the main reason for going, but we enjoyed the overabundance of fries they were good but too many for us to eat. The service subpar. For our first time visiting and the price...Iexpected more. Needless to say....we haven't been back. Sad cause our family loves to come together for meals, and when we spenda lot. This Wingstop is my favorite location, but I'm so bummed right now! Look, I get that you guys can get swamped towards the... evening with people coming home from work and just placing orders because they're too tired to cook or they just want a goodmeal, because Wingstop is tasty when done right. But you guys are expensive, so quality has to be a priority. There's no reasonfor my wings to barely have any sauce. It's not the first OR second time this happened at this location either. Read more
