I do DoorDash in the area and also sometimes eat here but i always hate having to pick up orders from here. I understand they... are understaffed and people don?t want to work here but please at least pay the people who do work here more! The doors for dinein are always locked by 5PM so if i have a Dash i always need to wait in the drive-thru line that takes almost 10-15 minuteseach time with only 5 cars in line and its just not good. I understand the owners only care about the money but please start tocare more about the employees and your customers who knows business might boom more and you?ll get more money. Better paidemployees = better and faster service which also = more orders and customers which also = more money. So stop being stingy andfigure out what is going on in your store and FIX IT!! In store dining closed today, but drive thru quick despite long line

Went in there were 6 ppl working 3 cars in the drive thru and 5 orders on the screen was told they needed to catch up orders and... could not take my order. I waited 10 mins to be able to place order. Restaurant was DIRTY no tables or seats were clean, sodastation had fruitflies and one of the dispensary parts were laying on the tray. There were flies and my husband had to also killa bee that was in the restaurant. Far to many ppl to be there for the business to be as dirty and slow as it was!! Read more

Like many places, they are short staffed much of the time. My visit was no exception. I saw just 2 cars in line so I thought,... why not? The wait was long, possibly too long but I waited patiently. When it was my turn to order, they were apologetic for thewait and took my order. Very friendly, easy to understand, great. Then I waited some more to pay, no biggie. When it was my turnto pay I had the opportunity to meet Shantel. She was so nice, again apologized for the wait (I didn't mind but I know a lot ofpeople would be frustrated). We had a nice conversation about the day as I waited then it was my turn to pull ahead. The waitbetween cars was about 6 or 7 minutes. When I got up to the window for my order, I could tell the rest of the staff was lost. Itseemed maybe some were still in training. The manager (I think I never spoke with him directly) looked like he was overworkedand possibly overwhelmed. Shantel to the rescue! She hopped up front and sorted the orders out, I heard her talking to someonein the back and motivating them to do their best job. She really pulled them all together and got the ship right again. Therewasn't a scene, no yelling, nothing like that at all. She was just really rallying them to get through this rough spot. I'veworked in customer service a long time and know a leader when I see (or hear) one. Shantel deserves any and all recognition, apromotion, a raise? Longer then other burger king waits for a weekday afternoon. 6 cars at one point from the cashier window back. With 0 cars in... front or at the pickup window, it stayed like this for 6min straight before car moved on pass drive through. Read more

we went there today, just ate actually!! 1st* the order taker was polite & precise 2nd*the young lady taking our money was also... polite had my order down perfect & last*getting our food? that young man was polite & respectful..but from what I could see &taste? 5 stars & BIG SHOUT OUT to the young polite & respectable TEAM on Co Rd 10 in B.PARK ???? #HARDWORKERS #TEAMWORKERS Read more

Decided to stop by Burger King for breakfast and to be honest, for the past few years quality and service at Burger King... throughout the Twin Cities is sketchy, specifically the location off of I-94 and Washington Avenue. I was actually surprisedas the restaurant was clean, fast service, and the breakfast was hot and fresh. Overall, a good experience. Read more

Came in at 8:50 at the drive thru to pick up a DoorDash order. Waited at the drive thru for 3-4 minutes with no answer. Pulled... up to the drive thru window to see if I could pick up the order from there. Employee saw me and gave me the be right backgesture. When she finally came back a few minutes later she waved me off saying they were closed. Today is Monday, I posted thestore hours with this complaint. Tell me why they are closing at 9pm when they should be shutting down at 11pm? Read more
