The store is fine and usually clean. My issue with the store is their food. I love their breakfast pizza, I mean who doesn?t?... This store, apparently doesn?t. They almost never have breakfast pizza available. 8 am this morning and again they haveliterally about 3 pizzas worth of regular pizza sitting ready to buy. I like pizza for breakfast as much as the next guy but Idon?t come here at 8 am for regular pizza. This is normally the case. Why are you making more regular pizza in the morning thenbreakfast pizza. Don't order delivery, DoorDash will show up late with an old pizza (not Casey's fault) but what is Casey's fault is that they... told me they would call corporate and call me back and they never did. DoorDash of course offers no help if you order throughthe Casey's app. Guess I have to go back to just getting Casey's on long road trips. Read more
Don't order food here. The food I ordered wasn't ready and they always have an excuse as to why it wasn't ready. It's not like... this place has a busy kitchen. And this review is based off of 3 times trying to order food. And all 3 times they failed todeliver. The service here is slow and sloppy. The management loves to sit in the office and eat chip's all day and not help withlong lines. Everyone here seems to only be concerned with looking down at their phones the entire time and holding phoneconversations while trying to cashier and cook. And the drink bar is always filthy and littered with papers and trash. Thisstore is a joke. I had high hopes when they first opened, but this store went down hill very fast. UPDATE.... I stopped by togive this location another chance after staying away for a bit. And things seem to be getting worse. The grab n go pizza wasdried and burnt. The drink bar was filthy and covered in soda syrup. And the drink coolers were nearly empty. And frozen foodswere visibly stacked on the floor in the freezer. This place was a disaster. Read more
Usually Casey's stores are awesome, but this one's a dump! There's stuff all over the aisle floors, and boxes stacked against... walls. No toilet paper in the women's bathroom. I overheard one employee rudely scolding another. Lots of items looked out ofstock. I wanted to buy a drink but the line was long and I was in a hurry. It's also a bit confusing to access the store fromthe main road. This place doesn't live up to the Casey's brand! Read more
If I could give less stars I would! The girl working the register in the morning has to be the most absolute rude and lazy... person! She looks annoyed that she is even there! She rolls her eyes at the customer ALL THE TIME! If you ask for a bag foryour items She rolls her eyes again and basically throws the bag on the counter at you for you to bag your own things! Whatever happened to good customer service?! She should NOT be working the counter! Read more
The pumps at the sign is safe 409 and the pumps say 429 stealing people money
I just had a great experience. I ordered a pizza to go.it was after hours when I called. The person who answered my call said "... I got u". I was very appreciative for that. When I went up to the register to pay with a debit card. My card came back declinedtwice. I tried to get cash out of ATM. ATM said my financial institution put a hold on my card. I went back to the register andbefore I could explain what was happening. The Manager "DAWN" handed me the Sausage pizza and said have a good night. It's onUS. All I can say is Thank You. Hub brought home a pizza Sept 28th and it was awful ! About 3 weeks ago he brought us a pizza and it was absolutely fantastic, ... the best I have had to where I couldn't stop talking about it . I mentioned to my hub to let the young lady no how fantastic itwas and hoping she would make it again but she was not there . I think you guys should have a plan to make them look and tastesimilar because this pizza yesterday was so awful. I'm trying to find the pic of the fantastic pizza so I can post both. Read more
