I walked in the door to 4 employees standing around talking.... Someone came out of the backroom, greeted me and made a comment... to everyone else about standing around and not working.... She wanted to talk my order, I told her is was an online order, sheturned and asked one of the others to start making the order. 5 minutes later the guy working on what I thought was my order (Iwas the only o e in the shop) opened the cash register, rang something up, touched his hair, took out his wallet, took out acard and rang up what he had rung in, put his wallet back, and then turned around and reached for my sandwich.... I asked him tochange his gloves before touching my food, I got a dirty look for that... A 2nd customer walked in and it turns out the employeewas working on his sandwich that he ordered 10 minutes after I placed my order. The lady came back out of the backroom asked mymy order wasn't done, and proceeded to make it herself... All in all a terrible experience and I will not be back to thislocation. Read more

Horrible service!!! Lady Laziest employees ever!! Had to wait 20 mins for a sandwich that said it was done 10 mins ago. There... was another customer waiting just like I was for just a long, and said that are just talking instead of doing their jobs!!smh Read more

Placed our order online, got there 15 minutes later and still had to wait in the drive thru line for 10 minutes because the dine... in area was closed. We ordered two sandwiches, both with no onions and both with extra pickles and peppers. We got twosandwiches with a lot onions and no pickles or peppers. Lobby is always closed, so you need to wait at the drive-thru even if you have a mobile order. I want to run in, grab my... sandwich, and go - not sit in a drive-thru line. Very inconvenient. Read more

Although the staff were fine, I had no issues with them. The food was made correctly as ordered. My issue is with the location?s... management. I order JJ at work for lunch often from a different location, never had a problem. This was my first time using theJJ app at home. I placed an order via JJ app for delivery. Store calls me to let me know they don?t have a delivery drivertonight. I can either do a pick up and get the delivery fee refunded or I can cancel my order and get a full refund. I chose todo a pick up even though It would be inconvenient for me as I?m 9 months pregnant & my due date is in 6 days. I tried to beunderstanding with the staff shortage, so I brought my teen daughter with me so she can run in and grab our order. Afterfinishing our meal at home, I looked at the receipt to verify the delivery fee + tip were refunded. It was not. I called thestore to let them know, BUT instead of a refund I was given a store credit. Had I known it would be a store credit and not anactual refund, I would have cancelled my whole order.. And the only way to use the credit is if I call that location to place anorder. The app should not have allowed me to order delivery if a driver is not available. This causes problems for customers &staff. I?d rather have a refund and not store credit. I?m very very frustrated with this! Read more

The quality and service has been spotty but yesterday's fiasco takes the cake. I ordered a bunch of Little Johns to take to the... striking nurses. I thought giving them an hour and forty five minutes would be enough time. Within three minutes, the order wasmarked as "ready for pickup." I knew this wasn't possible so I called. They said they marked it that way by accident and that itwould take some time. I asked how much. They said 45 minutes. Fifteen minutes later the manager called and said they'd need anhour. Then fifteen minutes later someone else called and said they'd be done by 1. I arrived early, in case they were done. Icalled and asked if they were done. Nope. Could we get what *is* finished, I asked. They hung up on me. The lobby was closed soI got in line for the drive through and called. After ten minutes, I was finally told they hadn't even started thesandwiches. Another store made the sandwiches in 30 minutes. I'm never going to this store again. It doesn't deserve to beopen. Previous messes included sandwiches marked as done but weren't even started, missing drinks (their unsweetened tea wasnever available), "freaky fast" sandwiches taking 30+ minutes. I went to the link about giving feedback, I submitted feedback,but then reverts to the same page and doesn't allow me to continue with the feedback by greying out the option to select a cityand store. This whole operation is a fiasco. Go to any other JJ in the Twin Cities. This one is trash. Jimmy Johns doesn't evenwant to hear from you about this store. Read more

I have come to this location a couple times and it is closed before the time that it is stated on the website which is 9:00 p.m.... I have come around 7:15 7:30 p.m. and the I see that deliveries stopped at 7:00 p.m. but why is the store closed if the storedoes close at 7:00 then that's what the website should state before someone drives over and comes to an empty store I was theretoday in the Drive-Thru and I ordered a little job for my 7-year-old niece but was charged the regular price and was given aregular sub she did not eat the sub and a complained of it tasting funny I tried calling the store to let them know the issuethat I had with the sandwich but no one answered I can't say that I will visit this location again.
