This place is poorly run. It is never open on time. It is 11:17 and they are not open and their hours say 10:30. I have been... here several times and they are very slow. The food is decent but I usually end up leaving the line in the drive through afterwaiting for 15 or more minutes to even have a chance to order. They are frequently out of the menu items I want and I have toget something I don?t want because if I just leave I will have spent 20-30 minutes waiting for nothing. I am almost alwaysleaving feeling frustrated and dissatisfied and I am unsure why I keep coming back, but I think this is the straw that broke thecamels back and I will not be returning to eat at another Panda Express ever again. I?m so fed up and have wasted so much timeat this location I don?t even want to try another location. It?s really ridiculous and if I owned this store I would beinfuriated by the way this store is representing not only my chain store but the company as a whole. I feel embarrassed forthem. I would give them zero stars if it was an option. If you value your time and the services received in exchange for yourhard earned money I would steer clear of this establishment. Absolutely terrible came at 5pm on a Wednesday night it is closed without even a sign on the door to say closed. They had 3-5... staff that I could see but they didn?t have any thing on the menu ready and had to wait 30 minutes to get the food i I paid for.This is absolutely such a Terribly managed restaurant! If you want onions and Cole ask for the chow mein. This place used to have good quality but it's gone downhill. One of the... servers just doesn't care. Gonna have to drive further away to another branch instead. Unfortunately, this will be the last timewe're coming at this location. The only thing that improved was the chopsticks. Read more
This is all for William!! I love this Panda Express. The food is always yummy. They've been having some staying issues, so they... are struggling a bit there, but WILLIAM!!! He took my order and made all the food himself as he's the ONLY one working!! What achamp!!! Going above and beyond at his work!! William needs some kind of award for this kind of situation!! Worst service ever! Waited in the drive through over an half hour. Couldn?t leave the line otherwise I would have. Once I got to... the window they never said anything about the long wait, gave me my food that looked nothing like what I ordered and it wasburnt and very hard. Asked for my money back and they told me to call a number for the manager. Gave 1 star because they guythat worked there apologized and gave me a free drink. I used to operate Avis Budget Car Rental within Sears Auto, very close by this Panda Express location, so I frequently stopped... by. Recently and today, I stopped by going through drive through as usual. The quality of the food is excellent nice andfresh, but customer service was very poor as usual. I knew they were going to forget my teriyaki sauce on the side, so I evenpleaded with the cashier that took my order. I said, "Please put my teriyaki sauce on the side." (Without the sauce, it's justgrilled chicken!) Cashier gave me my food, I opened to-go box and as usual no teriyaki sauce. I had to ask a 2nd time...noapology and no thank you! Funny thing is cashier grabbed two bag of teriyaki sauce and said that's all they have for sauce onthe side. Interesting...lady, just put the darn sauce in the bag and say your thank you! Showed up before 12 and ordered our food only half of the options were present on the hot table. They said it would be a few... minutes and we have been waiting for a half an hour while one meal and the apps were sitting in a bag for the rest of the foodto be made.
