Terrible! Put in an online order and arrived about 30 minutes later (10 mins after the promised ready time) only for the door to... be locked. The employee said they were close because ?they ran out of cheese.? At least call or email me to let me know myorder?s canceled. Waste my time driving there. No apology or no incentive to come back. The experience was terrific I ordering 2 pizzas online when I got there 25 minutes after I had to wait 25 minutes more because... they was training some kids to earn their own food doing dishes there and one of the kids with no shirt was touching the foodwith out of washing his hands.. plus when I get there I figure it I got the wrong pizzas ???? Order was 1:15 minutes late. They didn?t apologize; instead they simply kept promising it was minutes away each of the three... times I called. Finally, they couldn?t even confirm that my order existed while at the same time promising that it was on it?sway. Read more
Their website sends orders to closed and boarded up locations, and their national helpline doesn't even open until 1 PM central,... so they took close to $100 of my money and I haven't heard a word from anyone even after sending them an email. This chain is anabsolute joke, but not the funny kind. Save your money because you may not even get any pizza for it. Read more
I placed an online order in the middle of the day and went to pick it up 30 min later. The store was locked and nobody was... inside. I called the store number which directs you to a main customer service line. I explained at that point I had beenwaiting at the store almost 20 minutes and they transferred me to the store?s phone. I heard the phone ti gong inside, butnobody was there so it just rang and rang. I called again to cancel my order and asked for a refund. Two weeks later - norefund. The regional manager sent me a form letter apology not addressing my situation at all and then told me I need to contactmy bank to get refunded. Horrible customer service all around. Read more
Waited over 2 hours for delivery which never showed up now they took payment anyway instead of just canceling it, so now I have... to wait 10 business days to get my money e y back. Worst pizza hut ever and managers are RUDE I hope whoever orders plan onwaiting 2 to 3 hours and aren't hungry because 2nd time they didn't deliver and other time cold. The people here are SUPER chill! They are friendly, on top of their games, and down to Earth. I don't mind spending a little bit... more for pizza when I head to this location. Caesars might be cheaper, but you can't out pizza the hut! Read more
