Simon was extremely rude to everyone in the store; constantly interrupting and talking over customers. He toasted my subs when I... didn?t ask them to be toasted, so I asked him to make them again and not toast them. He argued with me and said he?s too busyfor this and I?d have to go to the back of the line and wait until they aren?t as busy for him to remake my subs. This review is about a worker named Jason - he has a Jason cross tattoo, give him love when you see him. I stepped into Subway... for the 1st time in a couple years to grab a late night bite. There was a line & one worker - Jason. I want to shout him outbecause he was so kind and courteous as he juggled online orders and servicing the people in line. Yes, we did wait longer thannormal, but that?s a tough gig. He legit had to whip up 5 sandwiches for an online order as the guy waited for it & he managedthe line waiting. When it was my turn I commented, ?Busy night, huh?? To which he responded, ?yes, but I?m okay with it becauseit keeps my mind busy?. It turns out his mother passed away yesterday, this is so heavy. So many people are not showing up forwork because they just don?t want to & here Jason is showing up after such a tough day & he was so polite & thorough. I live close so order from them quite frequently cuz its one of the only places with vegetables. CONSTANTLY, I SWEAR CONSTANTLY,... THEY DON'T MAKE IT RIGHT. The customer service at this location is so poor, if less than one star was an option! The guy who waited on me did not speak... words only sounds, I repeated my order 2 times and he still stood there and looked at me as if I was incomprehensible , nope Ispeak very clearly and intelligently. Disapointed, I have been avoiding Subway for the longest time and I decided that I'd give it a shot again. 1. Because I just... got out the gymn and was hungry. 2. I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg and I wasn't super hungry so I figured a 6 inchwould be better than gas station food or a burger. Here is my issue, the sand which was alright however looking at the tomatoestray you can see that these tomatoes were over ripe and at the verge of spoiling which is nasty. However my biggest issue asyou can see in the photo and I didn't recognize this till after I got to work. They charged me $8.05 cents. For a 6 inch steakwith guac?!? What is this chipotle where they be charging 3.00 for some prepackaged guac now? At least chipotles guac isfresh.........anyways, I will continue to refrain from coming to Subway.
