The woman working today (7/24/22 around 7pm) was extremely rude. Glared at me when I smiled at her when I first walked in, was... taking a while to help the people in front of us making small talk and ignoring us, not a big deal, but then says to me "are yougunna order or not"... so I start ordering and they're out of the type of chicken I normally order, again not a big deal so Isay whatever type of chicken she has is fine. She then goes off, screaming at me, and then i noticed she wasn't in properuniform, didn't have a hat or hair net on, and wasn't wearing gloves. I told her I'll go somewhere else and walked out. I will never go to this Subway again. This was my first and last time at this location. I purchased a protein bowl today with... lots of veggies. While the nice lady was fixing it there was a gentle man watching her every move, I am positive he wascalculating how much of each she was putting in it. After she got done preparing my order the bowl was only half filled which isway less than what I am used to. I asked the nice lately if she could add a little more Spinach in the bowl. Not to mentionimmediately upon arriving the gentlemen decided that they will no longer be applying Mayo but will be passing out packets. Whenit was time to pay for my order the total was $1.76 more than what I am use to, I believe he charged me for extra spinach but Iam not sure since I was asked if I wanted a receipt but I declined to avoid more interaction. I walked in and walked to look at the chips and the lady screamed ?MAM CAN I HELP YOU?? I said yes I wanted a sandwich and... chips. She stared at me. Sooooo will never go to this location again. CHARGED for double protein and cheese neither happened. Requested extra sauce... hardly any let alone and extra. The workers were rude, unwelcoming, and more interested in thier phones them helping customers. Read more
Lack of care from employees doesn't make this a good place to eat. Seemed to be rushing my kid who was excited to be ordering... her own sandwich despite there being no other customers in the store. Once at check out, he seemed more interested in checkinghis phone and responding to texts than making sure we had everything. He couldn't pull his attention away from his phone longenough to tell us our total. Read more
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The store manager Edwin, is very prideful and vindictive. Yesterday I came for a sandwich and I asked for... REGULAR mayonnaise and he put LIGHT MAYO and I told him that?s not what I asked for and to remake my sandwich. He got upset andstated that the bottles labeled MAYO and LIGHT MAYO were the same thing. Well if they?re the same thing why?re there twodifferent labeled caps? So I told him that?s still not what I asked for and to remake my sandwich and he kept repeating it?s thesame thing. So I left and went to the subway in Brooklyn Park. Today I decided to go again with hopes that he wouldn?t be therebut sure enough he was. I ordered the same thing and said clearly that I wanted regular mayo and pointed to it and he laughedand said ?you?re the only one that I have to deal with that?s like this?. I responded and told him that all he?s supposed to dois make my sandwich! He began to yell at me and I yelled back and we shouted at each other for a good 5 minutes. He told me thatI always come in with an attitude, that he?s the manager and he can tell me to leave if he wants.. etc. Very poor experiencehere and I will NEVER return. I?ve never encountered a business with someone as unprofessional and PRIDEFUL like him in amanagerial position. Whether I have an attitude or not, I came here to get a quick bite to eat and that?s all! If you make amistake on my food then simply remake it!
