Just one word...TRASH! This will definitely be my last time ordering from this location. I asked for my wings to be well done... ie.extra cooking time. Only for them to not even be crispy and some of them not even fully cooked. Hardly any lemon pepper onthe chicken & fries were SUPER soggy with no seasoning. Employee at the counter won't acknowledge new customers, let alone take the time to ask how they can help even after standing by... for ten minutes. They would rather stand smiling at their phones texting than help customers. My food sat ready the whole timeas I waited for service. Read more
This location dumps old wings back in the fryers!!!! Ever wondered why your chicken is too hard to even bite into? Yeah me too.... I figured it out once they messed up my wings and I brought them back and watched the girl THROW THE WINGS BACK INTO THEFRYER!!! Absolutely disgusting after they had already left the store! You don?t know what someone can do to that food and youdump it straight from the take out box back into the fryer and drop them? Ordered BBQ, but what arrived was some sort of smoky dry-seasoned chicken. I attempted to call the phone number that is listed... on the order confirmation email (same as on the website and the Google search result) and it rang to a voicemail box that wasfull. I tried calling several more times, all with the same result - no one ever actually answered the phone. I drove to thestore and found that there were no customers in the store, no cars in the lot, so I tried calling again. I was placed on holdfor over 15 minutes. I tried one final time and was told that the person who could process a refund was not in the store. Ihave initiated a chargeback through my bank because I did not receive the item I ordered. I came here with some friends a while back and oh my, were the staff amazing (it was only two people). Not only were they... extremely courteous and kind to us in offering extras and such, but they also put out our order in a timely manner and the wingswere all delicious and cooked to perfection! The six of us ordered 40 wings of 4 different flavors to share and everything cameout wonderful! Read more
This place is so bogus. First it's terrible customer service. Second let's talk about the food. This chicken was so dehydrated... and hard theres no way this chicken was cooked the same day. I pulled the chicken apart so you can see the inside of eachchicken. They sold me old chicken and the corn was dehydrated too. They get so much business so I don't understand. Called in for a order to pickup after work ,when I got there my order was ready but the doors were locked the lights were off... and the employees were inside playing around with the music loud this was at a quarter to 11:00 p.m. when the hours on the doorstate that they are open until midnight. When I got home I started to plates ready for my family, opened up the container andwas disgusted to see my chicken in puddles of grease, nd my chicken tasted like grease as well. Not only was I highly upset butI had a family that was still hungry and no food to feed them. Very disappointed, this location needs to invest in a staff thatis a customer oriented and a good representation of the company and care about how the product is delivered to the customers. Read more
Didn't have the type of wings I ordered, let me know 30 minutes prior to my pick up time. Got there and wasn't acknowledged,... hadn't even started my order when I arrived. No apology. Store was dirty and disorganized. Great wings but service here isalways complete garbage. Don't plan on ever going back. Read more
