We placed the order on APP for Dine in.. my bank was charged.. order # 5_ showed up, receipt showed up. Spoke to the lady... behind the register.. she stated.. no idea of phone order.. the color lady denied helping...This color man came to place hisorder.. all this waiting time. After we re-order a new order.. we didn't get an apology, but the color man.. gets sorry forwaiting and a thank you. The white man also get a thank for waiting and sorry on the delay status. They're always out of biscuits, for the fully loaded biscuit. At opening told biscuits aren't ready, (WHY?). Different times... through the breakfast hrs, I've been told they're out of biscuits. Also, have been Substituted with a croissant instead of abiscuit without being told. It's obvious that the family who owned this franchise 4/5 years ago doesn't own it anymore. I've been coming to this Burger King for a few years now. I experienced it when it went through the crazy walk out phase and out... of all the other Burger Kings around Brooklyn Park, this is the best one. This place struggled for a bit but I'm glad they wereable to find some workers because Burger King is my favorite. They have workers, they have constant customers, and theirburgers are good. Drive thru on Fridays! They close at 8:50pm. Not 10:00pm. They open and close whenever they "feel" like it. Sending all their... business elsewhere. Leaving many vehicles wondering "why". One of the worst burger kings I have ever been too. I went to just get a small burger and small fries I wanted no mustard on my... burger and it came with it on it I asked to have it re maid I got told no because I did not say no mustard I know 100% that Isaid no mustard because I have an allergy to mustard I will never go back there again because of you shift lead she was very outof line what happened to the new manager that was there for few months she was great!!!
