I really do like ordering from this dominos. They?re friendly and fast, however, the 3 stars because I order extra Italian... sausage all the time but it?s literally like I only order a regular. This store?s alright, but when they drop the ball, they spike it so hard it goes through the center of the earth and out the... other side. Today?s my last straw. I ordered two pizzas, a sandwich, and some chicken almost two hours prior to writing this,at 8:06 pm. It?s now 9:50, and it hasn?t moved past ?Xzavier?s preparing your order?. I ordered for my grandma and I assumingwr could have a quick meal then go to bed. Now both of our sleep cycles are way out of whack because there?s no option to justcancel an order on the app, and nobody answers the phone when you call them. I GET stores are understaffed but for Christ?ssake dominos, include a cancel order option on the app to make it easier for consumers to bail when it?s obvious we ordered atthe wrong time. Read more
This is a review on multiple experiences. Has it ever taken a while to deliver? Sure, it?s called dinner rush and they are busy,... go get the food yourself if you want it faster. Has there been a couple times where the quality could have been better? Sure.Overall they do a pretty good job, and I will continue to order through them. Keep up the good work everyone Read more
pastas are always burnt and/or dry, unless black crunchy pasta is a new thing that i?m missing. it?s a lot of little things with... this location, they won?t give me dipping sauce or they won?t give me a fork. the food is generally okay, you get what you payfor (which isn?t much). Read more
Pizza tracker said it would be ready 35 min after I ordered, get to the store and it has not even been started. Very obvious... that delivey orders are being prepared ahead of carryout orders by the manager skipping them on the incoming order screen. Go toany other domino's, this place is total trash. Terrible customer service. Took over an hour. Pizza still Not here (I live less than 4 miles from shop). Phone on site leads you... to the longest voicemail of all time. It?s been 15 minutes on automated Messaging. I am trying to reach someone. Absolute trashservice. Huge disappointment. Read more
Glad this isn't my local Domino's store. Just did a carryout from this location. Had hot sauce as one of my toppings, looked... liked they dumped an entire bottle on it. Entire top of the pizza was hot sauce. The crust was terrible as well. Read more
Very disappointed. I used the app to order my pizza and wings for delivery. Pizza tracker stated that my order was being... prepared. An hour later and it was still set at being prepared. My kids were waiting for dinner so I decided to call. I was onthe phone with an ongoing message for 19 mins. When I finally reached a live person, I asked if I could just pick up as I live 5mins away. I was then told that my order was set for carryout and I can pick up. I asked if I could head there right away andthe person said I would need to wait 45 mins as they are very busy and backed up. Smh. I thank the employee for their time andfor letting me know. About 30ish mins later I get a notification that my order was out for delivery. What made me the most upsetabout this is that the employee lied that it was carryout and that I had to go pick up. I wanted to give then the time that theyneeded to get everything good to go and even tho I'm thankful that I didn't have to drive, employees shouldn't make up scenarioslike this as it makes a business look really bad.
