I pull up to get gas and the employees shut down all pumps and the store inside. In the 10 years I've been going here, never... have I had this happen. And no one said why everything was closing. Beyond frustrated. Thanks for putting a notice as wellonline letting us know no one can get gas here. Don't say your open when your closed along with the pumps. Read more
I have been here thousands of times since I first moved here in 2003. It used to be open 24/7. Over the past few months I have... been here several times at 10 or 10:30 or 11 at night and there will be 1 or 2 workers inside but the doors are locked!! Thewebsite still says open 24/7!!!!! You need to do a better job of posting hours or find better workers! I guess I will have todrive the extra mile or 2 to Kwik Trip!! Holiday isn't the only gas station/convenience store in the area!!! I was in the store when one of the associates was not wearing a mask. The two women clerks asked why are you not wearing a mask?... He said we do not have to wear a mask. The two women snatched off their mask without guidance from management or corporate. Ithink its irresponsible to do that because how do we know if any of them had their vaccine or if any of the customers have. Read more
Very poor management. Dirty store. Incompetent workers. The shelves need to be dusted and wiped down. There is food and candy... bars that are literally covered in dirt and dust because no one on any of the shifts clean. The staff there does the bareminimum to "get by". I guess that is the caliber of the people that generally work at gas stations. Lots of standing aroundand not a lot of actual work being done. The store itself has potential, but the laziness of the current staff and the oldtimers that resist any new changes or improvements, will always resort to it being in its current state...dirty, dirty, dirty; Dirty shelves, messy drink bars and creamer areas, under stocked items. The list goes on & on. The pop spickets that dispensethe soda pop have slimy mold growing in them because no one takes the time to clean them out weekly, as they should be doing. The regional manager obviously doesn't seem to care either. With that being said, knowing what I know, I tend to avoid thisparticular Holiday. A truly sad situation Read more
Holiday Stations are my favorite gas stations to stop at. They are always clean, easy to get gas from, and have a nice variety... of hot foods to choose from. The only negative thing I have to say about this Holiday is that the breakfast sandwich and hashbrown patty I bought seemed old and the food was cold. I?ll give them another chance though, the customer service was great! Read more
I like the 1st shift crew, pretty professional and helpful. But the overnight crew, I recommend pumping your gas and thats it,... dont bother going in to grab anything. I think the overnight crew thinks they're auditioning for Wild N' Out. Weak jokes pairwith that weak fade, wont cut it potna. Read more
