When to bug a large box with shrimp and when the person come to fill the box somebody on the back told to the attendant remove... some shrimp from the box because it?s should be only 31 pieces but 31 pieces doesn?t fill the box and it?s almost 1/4 of thespace of the box empty. On the cart tells the box and the explanation they tried to give me it?s because is ?premium? but it?sdoesn?t explain why 1/4 empty box or it?s only 31 pieces ???? I used to come here fairly often but now I rarely visit due to the poor speed of service. The food quality and portion size... continues to be good, but food delivery services such as Doordash have ruined in-person ordering. I personally don't use anyfood delivery services so I can't speak on the reliably of ordering that way, but if you're on your way home from work, or wantto stop by to grab some food over the weekend, expect to wait in line 30 minutes at the very least. The frustrating part isyou'll see online orders come in after you've arrived and get prepared while you wait for service. Then you'll finally get yourplate made and have to watch it sit there while they work on other online orders that just came in instead of ringing youup... It doesn't appear they are very short staffed, there have been at least 5-6 employees working each time I've gone. I don'twant to appear to be complaining, if that's the most profitable thing for the store than so be it, but I highly advise notordering in-person unless you have at a minimum 30 minutes to sit and wait while watching in-person orders get pushed to thebottom of the list over and over. Chinese Fast Food, the food is decent, the place is clean, but they can never keep the ice maker working at the Soda... Fountain, The employee's always apologize, and it's not their fault, but whom ever is managing that store needs to do somethingdifferent because for months it wasn't working, then one day in June I was there and it worked! then back a few weeks later,broke again! First time and it's definitely a different experience. It is a good different though. Although I do wish they had a few more... options, since about only 2/3 where available during my visit. I do believe they do have enough variety (when fully stocked) tohave something for everyone. Read more
I usually like Panda Express. This particular day the teriyaki chicken did not taste good. It was a little under cooked and... slimey. I made the 15 minute trip back to the store to return it. The server was polite and apologized and served me a whole newplate. I did not get the chicken this time even though the new batch looked more cooked. Read more

The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. I ordered a two entre dish with fried rice and spring rolls... on the side. As for the temperature of the food it was hot and as far as the taste the beef dish was very good a little bitspicy which I like and the orange chicken was not bad. If I were just compare it to the chains such as Leeann Chin and Hy-Vee Iwould say their food quality is in the middle however it was the most expensive out of the three. Good and fast service. food noodles a little dry but still okay fried rice not so good
