Had very few selection out of baked thing, 1 of each donut. They also didn?t have correct inventory on the computer at the... kiosk. Didn?t have the cookies that I order nor a blueberry muffin, apple pie or anything else. At the end in stead of an extralarge they gave me a large. Good job team!!!! Read more
Ordered coffee to go at the kiosk. No where did it advise what age a "Senior" coffee started at, no where was the option for a... discount for a reusable cup (which we brought). I went to the till to pay by cash and was ignored. Was finally able to pay formy coffee and the order number came up only to be deleted when the previous order was deleted. I had to go up to the counter andcall someone and explain the situation in order to get my coffee. One of the three coffees was made incorrectly which we didn'trealize until after we left. I took one instance as a unfortunate incident, but the 3rd time in a row that they struggled to take my order that was a single... large black coffee and a coke zero in as many months pushed me to make this review. They lost my order between the orderspeaker and payment window, argued with me that I did it wrong and gave me a very poor, undrinkable coke zero as well. Read more
The place is pretty hilarious. They make you wait for food when no one is even in line Behind you . So waiting is fine because... you hope it means you get fresh stuff . But when you wait 20 minutes for 1 McMuffin and one hash brown and it?s comes out coldand old . Wow Read more

Always stop this restaurant to get some food while going to medicine hat. Today Was waiting for place the order at drive thru... for 10 minutes. They just ignoring the one lane and keep taking order for other one. 9 cars passed before they took our orderwho come after us. Really disappointed. Never coming back to this restaurant. Read more
Service is poor. Waited in line for 15mins to order. And another 20mins to get our order. We just ordered 2 iced coffee and 2... medium fries. The front teller is a slow poke she keeps on leaving the cashier front. Our iced coffee comes with NO ICE. we hadto drive up again to the drive thru to get ice for our coffee. When we went to the window, we waited again for another 10minsuntil someone cared to open the window. Waste of time! Read more
It's horrendous. It seems like they are only taking 1 order at a time, to completion before they help the next customer, which... takes anywhere from 10-20 minutes. What is going on here and why is this being addressed by the franchise owner?! This placeshould be shut down until they can figure out how to properly run a franchise. Read more
