I really loved the service, and the food! My husband said it was the best chicken chimi he's had since we moved here! Ask for... the hot salsa! I like hot. We stopped in last night for margaritas and appetizers. We were staying across the street at the Baymont. I wish you had a... location in Huntsville Alabama. My husband had the Blue Agave and I ordered the Spicy margarita. They were hands down the bestmargaritas we have ever had. We had the Nachos Al Carbon and guacamole. The food was hot and fresh. I was shocked by the interior ambience when we walked into this establishment in Brooks, KY. I would say they have the best... decor/vibe/ambience in Brookes, Hillview, Shepherdsville, etc. So I was pleasantly surprised but then my expectations grewhigher as well! We visited on a Thursday at 7:30 PM and we?re seated immediately in a booth for 2. The waters come in hugecarafes which I loved?as I can drink a gallon of water while eating chips and salsa! The chips and salsa came quickly and weonly had to wait a few minutes to order. You could hear people karaoking towards the back of the restaurant which I didn?t mind!But I also love karaoke! The vibe was great, the staff was friendly, service was fairly quick, and my only disappointment wasthe lack of a ?wow? factor with the drinks and food. Which I don?t mean to sound harsh! It?s just my expectations grew when Iwalked into the door! We got a michelada and a margarita. Which both were okay, but tasted like the same kind you can get atthe grocery store for cheaper. And then we ordered the ?Mexican Corn? which was also, okay. I can?t put my finger on it but itjust had a different flavor than others I?ve had in the past. Our entrees arrived pretty quick and were seasoned well and theportions were huge! We couldn?t even finish the burrito! So we have lunch for tomorrow. I visited this place twice in two days, so it?s worth another visit. Plenty of parking, seating outside, plenty of seating... inside. Live music on Wednesday nights, the guy was pretty good. The chips and salsa are authentic, medium has a smoky tastewith a small heat kick at the end. Asked for a large water and you?ll get a Mega-Pint glass of water. Food portions are large,no ?À la carte? tacos burritos or enchiladas?? BUMMER. Even the deserts are large. My server Thursday was Whitney and she wasawesome. The food was good and fairly priced. The wait staff was very friendly and the food came out much quicker than expected. The... decor in the restaurant was much better than your standard Mexican restaurant decorations. The tables had a whiskey barrellook, hammered copper on the walls and there was Cornhole and connect four and Jenga games outside if there was a wait. My onlycons would be the portion sizes were a little smaller than your typical Mexican restaurant but the quality was good. Read more

Early business lunch today, Complimentary chips and salsa as well as our drinks were served very quickly. The chips were decent.... Definitely fresh, I felt the salsa was a little heavy on cilantro but good none the less. I ordered the Beef Street Tacos whichseemed to take a very long before we were served. Granted we were the first customers. They were delicious, the rice and blackbeans left a little to be desired but over very good. Gotta give this place another visit and soon This place has an amazingatmosphere with decor that's very pleasant.
