Lotta love and hard work was put into making this BBQ. You can taste it ???? superb baked potatoe, mouth watering brisket,... potatoe salad on point especially that it was sliced (like au gratin style) not chunks. Our favorite go to BBQ spot. Been coming to Chef Randy for years. From Toddy Oaks, to Erma Rose, and now in Brookshire!!! No... matter where he goes, the food is always amazing!!! Full of flavour and packed with deliciousness!!! Couldn't stop by withoutgetting the loaded Baked Potatoe, BBQ Mac & cheese, chicken chefs special, pulled pork sandwich, and my favorite, the sweetpotato mash!!!! All so good! Wow, i love this place. I first started going here about 3 years ago. It quickly turned into a place that I go every week. There... is not an item in his menu that is less than stellar! My usual order is the Katy Box and a pound of pork belly burnt ends plussome jalapeño boudin. Have to have the street corn and Mac and cheese with different meats on top plus collard greens. Usuallythat enough food for the weekend and we enjoy it every day of the weekend! On top of the delicious food Randy is just anamazing guy. He truly loves people and wants the best for us all. He is the guy who recommends and promotes any place he eats.What a wonderful and amazing person. Someone who truly deserves some recognition for being an all around amazing person.
