Senior [55+] Breakfast Scrambled cheddar eggs, links, pancakes, excellent with reasonably priced
In an age where ppl dealing with ppl in confined spaces an just plain professional courtesy is almost none existent.... "Outstanding lady's and gentlemen" these folks don't play on doing right the first time. One of the managers/supervisors waseven "on the spot" with the assist when my "little different" order wouldn't take. Once again thanks for having me folks Clean,Quiet and we'll maintained. I never complain! But this was unacceptable. We have been to this Dennys plenty of times with no issues. Today I got out of a... long day working 11 hours. Ordered the breakfast steak potatoes and eggs (medium-well T-bone steak), and chicken tenders andfries for my daughter. The TBone was rock hard and overdone. The eggs were frozen cold. The red skin potatoes were burned. Mydaughter's tenders were over burned. The waitress was nice and apologetic. We were told the chef was not there and the MANAGERwas cooking. The manager offered 10% off since we ate some of it. I am starving. It's 10pm of course I am going to eat some ofit (whatever was edible)... ridiculous! Very disappointed. Read more
It?s supposed to be a brisket cheese melt. Lol- clearly it?s not. Service not bad - they did not give me everything I ordered,... also this location is hooked on to a flying J truck stop in Brookshire Tx. Read more
This Denny?s location is horrible. I came with my family to enjoy a night with our girls. Turns out that didn?t happen, Once we... stepped in not a welcome not a hello nothing! Service was terrible very unprofessional. We had 0 refills at our table! No onecame by to check on us only to take our order and deliver our food that?s about it! The place is also filthy. After the reviewsI was shock that it is not how it is a 4 star it should be a 0 star! Even if they were short of staff they could have at leastlet us know but not even that they didn?t bother to anything whatsoever! Give your business to someone else! Read more
The atmosphere at this location is pretty relaxed. The Staff Members are friendly and well groomed. I ordered some mozzarella... sticks (I had already eaten 3 of 8, from the pic) and the Chicken Fried Steak with Broccoli and Rice. My Family Member orderedthe T-bone Steak with scrambled eggs and grits. The food arrived in a timely manner. Temperature wise, it was ok but, I thinkthat it could've been a bit warmer. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience. Our Server was very attentive and helpfulduring our visit. She also provided 'To-go' containers, as we were on a time schedule. This location never disappoints me. Staff super friendly and so far I've never had a bad experience with food or service, not to... mention it's connected to the travel center so you can get it all in one stop. From a bite to eat, memorable gifts, gas, etc.Highly recommend! Read more
Had a great stop on our way back home..Rebecca is one of not the best waitress I have had all year at any place I've gone to... eat..(I eat out alot)She was super friendly and very attentative..Also I met the general manager she to was a very niceperson..Our food was amazing the pot roast was delicious, and also the sandwiches our party ordered were great...This is a goodDennys .I will stop here whenever we travel to Houston through Ih 10..Awesome customer service..????????????
