Trash pizza place. For one they can?t get an order right off a mobile app. Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas after the manager was... extremely rude. Dude have any customer care nor could pay attention to detail. One of my Pizzas came to me after a long wait andinternal temperature was 136 degrees and fda requirements state on delivery hot food internal temp should be no lower than 140degrees. My other pizza was 147 degrees. Didn?t want to change out my pizza. Very standoff ish. Didn?t want to change my pizzastk what i ordered which was thin crust. For a person wanting $15 a hour in a food industry this service wasn?t even worth a $1 ahour. I called the Manager/GM/Owner of this domino?s establishment. He told me it was my fault my $34 dollars worth of food was... damaged and he wanted me to wait for the driver to come back and pickup the order. So here I am waiting another hour to eat anyfood. Check pics below on how my pizza order was handled with care. And then he had the audacity to hang up on me. ThisDominos Pizza needs customer service training for sure. The lesson here is, don?t call and complain about the food, take it asthey want to give it to you. Soon to be under new management, because without customers they will soon be out ofbusiness. Probably the best food in brookshire. The easy to use app makes it so convenient to order and pay and then pick up is super... simple and not too far. I'm not super picky, but I've been so disappointed with most of the food in brookshire that this was adelight. Read more
I had placed an order and they didn't make it correctly. I called and they told me on my next order it would be remade for free.... I then went back to have my pizza remade a month later and they remade it and messed that order up as well I Immediately wentback to have it remade And the GM Argued with me on what I wanted on my pizza And told me he would not remake it. After tellinghim To stop arguing with me and just remake my pizza he insisted he would not remake it no matter what! The worst service everespecially since he was the GM I asked for his Boss's number he told me he wasn't giving me anyone's number.Didnt even deserve 1star Read more

Worst place for delivery! I ordered from them twice to have pizza delivered to my home and BOTH times it was messed up! The... first time the pizza was delivered 30 mins after it said it was delivered, second time it didn?t come at all! I spoke to themanager ( some Indian sounding man )and he was kinda rude and kept cutting me off then told me he would call me back but neverdid. So after another 30 mins (an hour after I placed my order) I called him back and the guy that answered the phone was niceso I told him I didn?t receive my order and that I wanted to cancel and a refund he told me that it was above his pay rate andto hold for the manager, the manager NEVER got on the phone, so the employee told me that it would take up to 3 days to get arefund! This place needs a new manager and their employees need to be trained properly! So I called Pizza Hut and they had NOPROBLEM DELIVERING MY FOOD and got it within 45 mins and it was on time and hot and fresh! It funny that pizza hit didn?t haveany problem! Took 1.5 hours to get my pizza. Horrible and cold. They left me on hold for 15mins never got my money back.
