Reserved a parking spot and arrived just before 11pm and lot is full. No reserved spots open. Cashier says after 9pm lot... attendant leaves and you are out of luck. Only offered refund through pfj customer service. Don?t bother reserving unless youcan get there early. Read more
Don?t bother reserving a parking spot. Apparently they know how to take the reservation they just don?t know how to keep the... reservation. So you may show up thinking you have a spot then showing up to a full lot without any other options. Thanks fornothing. Read more

What a joke of a truck stop, bobtails and drop trailers everywhere. I ended up going across the street and paid 20 bucks to take... my 10hr break in a run down parking lot. It's actually a better location to sleep in being that I don't have to spend the nightaround a bunch of financially challenged bobtails and box trucks. Stay loaded or get off the roads drivers. Not a bad pilot, pretty big, many fuel islands, and showers to be found here. The only thing is that this fills up pretty early... and people are making all sorts of crazy parking spots. So get here early or expect to find somewhere else to park. Also becareful going into the little Indian truck stop across the street. It seems ok going in, but they?re parking lot is rocked! Washers and Wi-Fi are down. Was told by management early in the day around noon that someone would be in to fix them. It's 8pm... and no one has been here at all to fix either one. The lot is extremely small for truck parking. More paid spots than freespots. Read more

Lot of parking, but nobody controls it, so u can drop your truck andtrailer and go anywhere u want for few days. Looks like Pilot doesn?t care about their truck stops. Time to choose other fuelstops.
