Yesterday I went in to order a pizza from Casey?s, around 12:30 pm. I witnessed a fresh pizza come out of the oven, the worker... cut the pizza, and then use her bare hands (with rings on her fingers) to move each slice onto individual trays for thewarmer. Basic food handling precautions are probably not being met, if they can?t even wear gloves around Ready to Eat foods. Read more
Online/App ordering service is always down/off for the Brookston store. I've reported it numerous times and the reply I get is... it's a human error at the store. I don't think it's an accident anymore. If I call in to get a pizza, the order is usuallyincorrect. Read more
Always friendly, and recently there has been a shift in kitchen staff making it feel more sanitary and customer satisfactory. No... longer has a feeling of being a burden. Read more
The store is clean with that said, some dork working behind the register as you enter says "welcome to k-mart" or "Merry... Christmas welcome to Walmart" as you enter. Then proceeds to talk to coworkers as you wait in line to buy something. It justfeels really unprofessional. Read more
Good pizza but can sometimes be very greasy.

I just want to say I had a issue with a pizza I ordered and there was an associate name Josh that works there and he took the... lead and he took care of me without any hesitation. For a young man he has all my respect. Errors happen and we all grow frommistakes but for him to handle it the way he did was absolutely awesome. Purchased 1 cinnamon donut this morning. It was the best ever. Went back in for 2 more. Fresh with lots of glaze. Will be back.
