Subway never fails to be mediocre. Ever since they had moved to a global supplier of ingredients, it?s quality has gone... downhill. I?ve noticed browning pieces of lettuce on my sub in the past year. What brings this establishment down from a 3 to a2 though is the fact that it seems that the owner is more occupied with new appearances by changing the interior (which is good,but should be second to the food quality). I?ve ALWAYS had a great experience at Brookston Subway, that is until today. I don?t know what the deal was, but my sandwich... wasn?t wrapped, it was just thrown into a brown bag, and appeared to have had something heavy set on top of it, because it wassquished beyond recognition. I don?t know if it was short staffed, inexperience, or just a lack of caring, but it should becorrected. If gas wasn?t through the roof, I?d drive back and complain in person. I guess we?ll see if anyone reads these thathas authority there. Read more
Ordered a kids meal. Had to say it 3 times but still did not receive the applesauce or drink with the kids meal. Workers seemed... annoyed and not friendly at all. Bad experience. Want to supprt local but not with this type of service. Read more
I have been to Subways all over this country and have to say the customer service here was beyond fabulous. They exhibited... great patience when serving my nearly deaf friend as the order was created. My friend and I sat outside chatting for over anhour and the staff came to check on us multiple times. Fantastic, I highly recommend visiting this Subway in Brookston, IN. Read more
It's hard to eat at Subway when you can't have wheat, especially if you don't want to just eat lettuce all the time. However,... you can get the breakfast sandwiches and the staff there was smart enough to understand "no bread" (yes, I've had others have ameltdown because of the non-routine request). The egg they use serves as a thick tortilla and you can still enjoy your Subwaysandwich experience... just grab a few napkins. Read more
I would of giving a higher review but this store has its days. Normally I never have an issue with my food its normally the... staff. Last time I was there, there were 2 girls working, well technically only 1 the other kept going into the back and nothelping. The girl who was doing our order did not really know what she was doing. The sandwich was good. The worker put just the right amount of veggies and sauce on without having to ask for more like most... other Subways. Both workers I saw were nice and communicated also. Read more
