She paid for our order... and after we got her a gift card to say thank you, she almost didn't take it, even though she does deserve it. Me and the family ate here for their first open day. Extremely satisfied with the experience as a whole. Being that it was the... first day, the line wasn't the shortest but for how many people there were they sure were keeping up quite well. Very pleasantemployees serving us with a smile regardless of how bum rushed they were. Food tasted absolutely amazing at a awesome pricepoint and everything was fresh. We ordered our food at 10:57 and finally received it at 11:26. We were going to dine in but had no time, so we took the food to... go. I know they're short staffed and the 3 people there did there best. They definitely took care of drive-up customers beforewalk-in customers. While we were waiting we spotted a roach on a paper towel roll sitting on front counter (wish I took a picbut ya'll know what a roach looks like). We moved down here from the panhandle of Florida and the location in Crestview waswaaaaay better than the location on Broad St. Food was edible but certainly not what i was expecting.
