Wanted to try a local Japanese hibachi place. They were replacing the roof, when we drove up, and the appearance around the... building is...well, has a run down appearance. We were a bit hesitant to go in, but I'm glad we did. The chef at the hibachi,needed a bit of practice, lol with his "presentation show", but the food was delicious and was prepared per instruction. Thestaff were all welcoming. You get soup, salad, couple of shrimp, vegetables, fried rice and your choice of meats. Also, theywould not take a reservation, for some reason, (website says they are recommended) but told us to come at 4:30 and we would beable to get the hibachi. So it worked out great. Came here for lunch, they have so many options and a great lunch special! Between two others and myself we got 2 hibachi steak... meals, 2 sides one steak, one rice, two appetizers including fried calamari and sashimi, a monster roll, a Japanese soda, andfried ice cream. We sat in a booth so we didn't watch them make the dinner, but honestly it was so good it was worth it. As saidbetween all the food I mentioned the total was about 75$ dollars. I'm definitely coming back here and would recommend for anyonethat likes good service, and large portions. Read more

Took our dads here for fathers day! Excellent time! Had our own private room.. they truly enjoyed it! Many laughs and memories... made to last a lifetime. Recommend this place highly! Food was great and Happy Hour all day on Sundays! Read more

It was OK. Service was excellent and our hibachi chef was very nice and skilled, but not quite as "showy" as I would have loved... for my kids to see. By the time he was done cooking and I had everything on my plate, I had about 5 minutes before they werebringing to-go boxes. That was disappointing. I felt pressured to eat quickly and make room for the next customers. Also, Ididn't think the food was THAT great. The sauce used for the hibachi grill was quite bland, IMO. In Brooksville looking for lunch and chose Fujiyama Japanese Steakhouse. The usual show and humor. The food was good, the chef... was friendly and fun. Prices were agreeable and lunch specials available. Lose a star for overcooking my seafood despite mywarning. They also have sushi and a full menu. The place is nice visually but needs a tiny bit more attention to detail oncleanliness. Read more

This place was absolutely perfect! The food! The drinks! The hibachi! The lobster! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! We had such a great... dining experience with 6 people walking in.
