I waited in line, not enough people working, I could have gone to Outback & got two dinners for the price they charged. The... chicken was small, tough like had been reheated several times & it cost me $33.00. Poor quality pieces of chicken. I will goto Publix next time. Read more

The chicken was good but the prices are too high. They continue to raise their prices. KFC is now unaffordable

They were busy under staffed, but I ordered the thigh and leg ???? option and was given a back ???? wish they'd educate they're... workers on the difference I specifically asked for a thigh and leg ???? and asked and said please ???? don't give me a 'back'cause I got one last Time... Thought we would give it one more shot.! Well we're not disappointed ?? Our order was wrong yet again ! Ordered 2 dinners 2... piece white with mashed potatoes and gravy , biscuit and coleslaw. My chicken pot top (lid) was partly off and my drink was only filled to just a little past the halfway mark. I wouldn't have... ever served a potpie to a customer such as this. I didn't look at my purchase until I got home and was quite disappointed withthe products received . Read more

2.5. Staff and management clearly unorganized. Refused to substitute a biscuit as the customer ahead of me was forced to wait... for a new batch. Cashier knowingly delayed taking my order until management felt they were organized enough to continue.Sanitizer in an open bucket on the far end of the service counter.
