Definitely not the Moe's I remember from a few years ago. Prices higher. Less options of toppings to choose from... I got the 3... tacos with beef. I wanted them to drizzle a little Queso cheese on them & they said it would be $2 extra. If you order a side ofqueso it's $2 & it's like a 5oz cup. I just wanted a little drizzle.. Let me start by saying i have always loved moes and this location but it looks like they are already feeling the recession. If... you are an avid wrong doug or stack eater as I am you will notice that they forgot to put food in the one in the pic. Thisthing was so flat i was basically chewing on tortillas and normally I walk out of there stuffed. I hope this was a fluke andwill be giving you guys another shot but if it happens again im out. I remember another chain that started cutting back onportions it was called Quiznos dont see many of them around anymore. You got a good thing going dont ruin it by nickel n dimingyour customers. Last visit for sure.Prices went up..paid $50 for 2 adults one child. Always rushed through the line.. No more... mushrooms!?!? Bought LG queso and salsa dips for the filled up bag of chips but now they only give less then half a bag,notenough for my family. Have to go buy a bag tostitos chips to go with dip. Again, prices up and for less quantity. Pay youremployees well enough as to not ask for tips for bagging the food! Read more
Typically we dont have a problem here but tonight lady working was rude very stingy. We got 2 bowls that only had enough food to... count as 1 bowl. Toppings were especially lacking tonight way more than usual. My side of chicken was barely a quarter of asmall dip dish. Even the chips which are normally a full bag werent even half full. Seriously not worth eating here any more forthe amount of food you get. We could have gone out to eat for the $40 we paid for this meal and gotten a more filling meal. Read more
My husband and I went there recently and to say that I was not impressed with the staff as an understatement. They were rude and... put out and not for nothing the experience of Moses hearing welcome to Moe's when you walk through the door. Which neverhappened. Then I ordered the steak bowl my steak was cold I actually had a piece that was so Frozen. The cilantro rice that Igot half of it was cooked and half of it was not nothing like crunching on your rice.then get up to the salsa bar and everythingwas empty and when asked if we could get some more it was like I was asking them to fill the salad bar or excuse me salsa barwith gold. I probably will never return to this Moe's ever again one of the worst experiences I've ever had and not for nothingfor $40 I would expect my food to be at least warm. Do better Read more
A few months I stopped going to Moe?s. Everything was off, including the rotten-ish cilantro. It didn?t just happen once,... several trips that made me call it quits. Well, the Moe?s craving kicked in once again and I decided to give it ONE more chance.I?m glad I did. There?s a whole NEW staff and the food is 10/10. Sooo fresh and yummy! The best Moe?s location I?ve evervisited has been the one in Asheville and this one taste just like it. Read more
