Several times, the coffee machine has not been working, or they've been out of coffee before noon. Ordered a hot sandwich. It... was wrong. Told them the correct order. Wrong again. Ate it anyway because I was with a group and they were done eating. Not thefirst time they've gotten the order wrong. Something needs to change at this location. Read more

First off...this is not the first bad experience here but the first time im angry enough to share. This location has horrible... staff and management. Staff patronized me when I complained about being served ice cold soup. Then stuck my bowl of soup inmicrowave right in front of me and mocked me the whole time! Then management laughed in my face after complaining about beingserved ice-cold soup in the first place and asked her why her staff puts something in microwave instead of serving the food hotfrom the line. Always a great place for lunch. I usually get the pick two and some pastry item. The browies are delicious and the sandwiches... never disappoint. The soups are usually very good but was a bit oily on this visit. The staff are helpful and always friendly. Read more
Today I placed a pickup order for this location on the app. To say I was disappointed with my order would be an understatement.... First of all, I ordered an apple as my side and it was unbearably mushy. I understand that fruit cannot always be fresh but theyshould have marked it as sold out in their system. This is not about the cafe itself. Today (06/21/22) I ordered, through the app, the Signature Take Chicken sandwich and a... Madagascar Vanilla Latte. The sandwich was delicious as was the latte. The only thing which I am aggravated about is thedeliverer did not ring the doorbell nor did they knock on the door! If I hadn't looked at the app wondering where my food was, Iwould have never known it was outside my door. From now on, when I want an order, I am going to pick it up myself. Read more
The day my girlfriends and I visited they stated they were out of salads. And, being gluten free, the only thing i could order... was a bowl of turkey chili. It was watery, mostly broth, and flavorless. The best part about my $8.50 chilli was the littleapple on the side (in lieu of bread since there are NO GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS). I won't be back. Read more
