Don't order a sandwich, we have dine it 2 times in the last week in the evening. Both times, we waited 20 mins. An employee... rudely advised me that they have to defrost them first before cooking them. I was told 5 mins by what they claimed was amanager. The manager never even acknowledged me. Had a bad experience in the past when this new location first opened. I'm happy to say a few years later I've given them another... shot and they are great! Seriously not one to give reviews but they deserve it great service tastey food!! Read more
The food was hot and fresh, they are understaffed and the wait is longer than i was prepared for. The staff member are new and... the manager was friendly. If you order here be patient, they are trying to keep up despite being under staffed. Read more
I actually love Popeye's Chicken Sandwiches.. I ordered a family deal with 11 pieces of chicken Spicy but received regular... instead.. The Cajun rice Mac n cheese were great mashed potatoes ..were OK.. The chicken looked like it had been there allday... Will ONLY BE GOING HERE FOR CHICKEN SANDWICHES..KFC CHICKEN IS WAY BETTER....So is their mashed potatoes. Read more
I want to give a good review last week went to drive thru. The lady who waited on us. Asked us to park it would be a couple... minutes. The wait was long but realized she was doing it all by herself. Exceptionally slow service. Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru line and there were only 5 of us in line! Don?t recommend, Won?t... visit again. Edit: it took 40! minutes to get our food. Read more
