Sitting in this Zaxby's location right now, food tastes great and is cooked correctly, but this place is not that busy right now... (Sunday November 27th, 2:41pm) and almost every table is disgusting, left with crumbs and beverages and garbage. Barely was ableto find a table clean enough to eat at. I don't know what was wrong but yesterday I ordered the signature chicken sandwich and it was hard and didn't seem to be cooked... correctly. I've had the signature sandwich before and it was very good and juicy. Has anyone had a similar experience? Thanks Read more

Ordered a chicken snack meal and got super tiny pieces of chicken (they were smaller than the sauce container) so I called to... find out if I got the right meal because I know they sell smaller chicken for their wings or whatever they are, and the manageroffered to replace them. Came back through to get the chicken tinders replaced only to find a gold/yellow hair fried onto thenew tinders .. not calling again because I don?t want any of their food anymore. So gross. Employee at register was nice. unfortunately my Cobb salad was missing the fried onions and bacon bits. used ro get to dressing... packs was only given 1. Husband got no sauces with his wings. And the soda machine, no matter what i selected had no syrup.straight carbination. and there were no napkins or condiments out. had to wait in line again to get them. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THIS! Picked up dinner last night and got charged 3 times at $26.08 for a total of $78.24 taken from... my account. I have 3 different charges. I also had to pause my account due to them trying to charge my card 6 more times. And itwasn't because the money wasn't being taken out like I said $26 come out 3 times at 3 difftimes. I get a message every singletime my card is charged. I call and I get told there is nothing they can due because no one would ever do that. Well I havethe proof on my bank statement that it happened.so can that get explained to me please. And no it's not because they didn't getthe money the first charge my receipt says approved and they wouldnt have given me my food if it didnt go threw. I know muchmoney i had in the bank before i went there. I would really like my money back. Regardless of the fact it's only $52. Ishouldn't have to pay $78 for 2 meals for a total of $26. It was the one in Brooksville on broad street. Oh and they tried to beslick and not charge again right after no they wait until they were done serving and closing everything up. Food is good, but last order with them (phone ahead, pick up) wasn't right. That might have been miscommunication between us as... we ordered (asked for a meal with an extra side of slaw, got a meal without fries, slaw instead), but the kicker was that weordered cookies, and didn't get them. I know it's only $2.59, but quality counts, and if i can't trust that my order is right,I can't trust your service for drive through, call ahead, etc.. Plus, no cookies! Read more
