Dirtiest bathroom covered in water, amongst other things. Employees were rookies or had no idea what they were doing. Me and my... Grandfather both had raw cheeseburgers and cold burnt fries. Place was trash! Employees were also trash this whole place should just be thrown in the TRASH. Disgusting and dirty. Like GRIME... on the floor dirty. My shoes stuck so bad I about lost them. They also forgot all the fries in my order and when we got themthey were at least three days old. Employees were rude. If I could give this place negative stars they?d deserve it. Out of ice cream, no coffee or tea, out of apple pie. The ice machine was broken so was give about 5 ice cubes out of a bag of... ice and the pop was flat. The fries were so old the we're not only cold they were hard and the bun on my sandwich was crunchyand stale. O Stars if it was an option. Just when I thought no McDonalds would ever be worse then the one in Eaton Ohio Congratulations Brookville you?ve taken first... place. I don?t mind to wait because I understand they need help but dang 25 minutes for burnt food. It was still edible but itwas really really done. Plus the employees are so rude. Read more
I was served a very clearly moldy bun on my spicy chicken sandwich. It was so moldy that it?s apparent that this was seen and... disregarded. If I had had the time I would have went back for a refund and politely refuse a reorder. Read more
Brookville McDonald's is often horrible!! If you go thru the drive-thru make sure you have your order before you leave (they... often don't have the order right-weird because it's pretty much been that way since they opened). Staff is pretty much horrible,not friendly and very rarely say a simple, thank you. Read more
