Of my experience on my Tuesday night visit, after getting gas late night and stopping for a missed meal, thinking they closed at... 11 PM like a lot of the surrounding restaurants, I ordered at 9:55 PM and as I got to the window, the cashier said, "you justmade it...", stating they closed in 5 minutes. I proceeded to pay for my order and after receiving it I was pleasantly surprisedthat my fries were hot as freshly prepared, I'm not used to that at the other Dayton stores, kudos to that! Read more

I cannot give this establishment a positive review. The cashier was too busy clowning around with the other staff people and... had to ask us what our order was. We waited for our food for 10 minutes only to get the food and find that it wasn't what weordered! Won't go there again and suggest that the manager take closer notice how customers are served! Made our order, waited for over a half hour but was told some piece of equipment was down and they had to grill the burgers and... that was the hold up. Then when they attempted to assemble our burgers, discovered they was out of bacon and expected us to keepour same sandwiches but with no bacon. Clearly disorganized behind the counter, not busy at all yet table's were stilldisgusting and while the staff was friendly, they seemed to expect an awful lot of patience for shortcomings. Ended up getting arefund and went next door to McDonald's. I'm glad we are from out of town and won't be frequenting this particular establishmentagain. Wasn't expecting much as the location we went to was located inside a gas station/truck stop and it was really late at night. We... ordered the new Jurassic Park burger and WOW! Western Burger was great, the young girl at the drive through window was fairly pleasant (for 9PM), but it took awhile to get my... change for a $20 (not a real big surprise in the plastic economy) and, for being the only customer. the wait for only one burgerseemed excessive.
