This was the KFC at Brookville OH. I believe the shift manager with the experience just arrived just before we did. A new... employee was taking orders. Everything was mostly made right, through the efforts of that manager. We ate "in", early on aFriday night. There was a line of cars in the drive-thru. I don't know if it was good or bad but by the time we got out of thecar the line was significantly reduced. The food was the typical KFC, but when we ordered they were out of "crispy" chicken. Oneof the sides was missing but I went back to the counter and got it without a problem. We sat down to eat but I had to get up toask for plasticwear. The sporks weren't in the dining room. (I'm not a fan of sporks). I had to go back to the counter again forbutter and honey for the biscuits. The dining area was clean and pleasant enough. Overall this KFC was okay. I think we caughtthem part way through a shift change with the better shift team just arriving. Read more

Food was fresh and prepared well. The staff was friendly. No problems at all using this as a quick stop on a road trip.

Stopped to get dinner to go back with us to our campsite. Waited in line for about 10 minutes and when we got up to the counter... to order we wanted a 8 piece bucket and was told they couldn't do it. Not enough chicken available. What a colossal wast oftime. Read more

Awful experience in drive-thru. My boyfriend got the Jack Harlow meal, they forgot his fork and his sauce. I got the KFC fill up... meal, they forgot my fork and my cookie. My daughters got the nacho bell grande, they forgot forks for them. If you're going tohire people, train them properly and ensure they're doing the correct job. I've worked in food for a long time, it isn't hard toremember simple things that ensure people can eat the food they paid for. Read more

Carryout line very long when I got there, it went all the way to street entrance. Inside Lobby only had 1 person setting at a... table Nobody's at counter?? But, what was really Strange there was No Where to park... but, looked Bright with lights & cleaninside. Outside way very different. Trashy & unmanaged. Driveway surface has potholes everywhere. When I got to ORDER Area.. Myfront tire went into a Large Pothole and scraped my bumper and underside of my car, then was hard to get out of pulling away.Their recorded message is so loud!!! IT Blasted the the welcome we will be with you message so loud it echoed to the motel nextdoor..!! Then the girl that took order was so quiet you could barely hear her.. While, The Menu is full of items it is justunclear what is what to read so fast.. Anyway when I got the order home the fire tacos were wet and shells falling apart incardboard holders, The Hamburger meat wasn't broken down. It was wet & chunky and nothing inside, all the things with lettuce,no visual salsa, cream, nothing like the food was running out or something. The plain tacos were almost as bad. The meat haddripped right through, Just a few pieces of lettuce. We also bought 2 chicken potpies they looked GREAT but, nothing inside 2small chunks of chicken carrot, 3 potato chunks and gravy. They use to have filling??? Really this was a waste of 30.00 and15min in line...then when I got home everyone complained at me, while eating this food.. Something needs Done here???? Read more
