The three stars are for the food. But I didn't give five stars because I was treated as if my presence was not wanted and my... business was unappreciated. I thanked them many times but the person helping me didn't thank me once. I didn't we even get a"hello." I wasn't asked what type of chicken I wanted and I received regular famous recipe. I drove back around and acceptedresponsibility. I apologized for not stating I wanted crispy and purchased crispy chicken. The lady didn't say "it's ok" or "I'msorry for not asking." Instead she displayed an irritated attitude that I came back. I was charged almost $8 for two pieces ofchicken. I knew this wasn't the correct price but I just let it go. Even down to me asking for salt packets. I was given onesalt and a bunch of pepper. I had to ask for salt again. The food was delicious. My husband is from another country. He's neverhad Famous Recipe. He enjoyed the food as did I. It's my favorite chicken. But the customer service experience was extremelylacking. Read more
I want to give them 0 stars but in order to post this I had to give a rating. Every time I go through the drive thru they always... have my orders screwed up! It amazes me how incompetent the employees are. When I get home to enjoy the meal the chicken isdried out and nasty!!! I now drive to the Englewood which is about a 30 mile round trip. When did this place get so bad? I used to love this chicken and today I got the chicken breast combo my chicken was rubbery and... not even hot. Very good fried chicken. The gravy and mashed potatoes were very good. The biscuit was the best I have had in a while.
If you've never had the opportunity to eat at a Lee's Chicken then you need to. This location did not disappoint! Lee's is... nothing more than a fast food chicken restaurant, but the quality is a level above almost every other competitor. My wife and Iboth ordered chicken strips, potato wedges, a biscuit and some fried pickles. Everything was spectacular! Our meals were servedhot & fresh, and we waited maybe less than four minutes for everything. Total was around $12 or so and portions were veryfair. Overall, if you've been to any Lee's then you already know, but if you haven't then I highly recommend this location. Youwon't be disappointed! Read more

Great food, great service and super quick preparation time. This is a great Lee's location. I had the gizzards meal and they... loaded me up. They kept the salt to a bare minimum and it was so good my wife ate some, and she doesn't even like gizzards; itwas that good. Read more
