I can understand now why the drive thru lanes are so long. Inside, you have to order at a kiosk. Before it lets you order, it... tells you to grab a table number and enter it, there were no table numbers, so we had to wait for someone to come up front fromthe kitchen to tell us that we don't really need a table number ????and to put in any number. We decided to eat in the diningroom. There were no drink lids, no ketchup cups, one straw. The lid was off of the tea machine and it was laying on the countercovered with 'something'. All the tables were dirty, trash on the floor, but...the French fries were hot and the burger wastasty. Just don't go inside. Read more
Happy with our service today. Clearly they are short staffed but our food was hot and freshly made. We matched multiple... customers lose their minds because their receipt didn?t print from the machine. The few employees that are working put up withthe rudest customers as we dined in. The employees and management were so respectful and did their best as we ate for 45mins. Read more
Today their speakers were down and they had to do all orders at the first window with payment. All the workers did a great job,... were patient and trying to make the best of it, especially with it being so busy with the after school crowd we got through theline in less than 12 mins. My food was very hot, fresh and exactly what I ordered, which I already appreciate. Read more
I only purchase the kids meals from any McDonald's for my grandkids. I can no longer eat there food. Its not the same from years... ago, but what is anymore. There food looks and taste processed and dry except for the fries which we know isn't real potatoesanyway Read more
While conveniently located off the highway with reasonably nice facilities, this McDs was horribly disorganized. We waited for... our simple kids meal order for 20 minutes before the person at the front simply went back to put it together themselves, andthey still did not get it right missing the apple slices. We deemed it too painful to attempt to correct the mistake. It seemedto have started with a foul-up in their processing system as we placed the order electronically at the Kiosk. This issue ofdisorganization seems to be endemic among McDonald's just about everywhere in the US. It appears to be a combination ofchangeover to a new hybrid ordering system of self-serve, web ordering, drive-through and counter service, an emphasis ondrive-through over dine-in and the fact that their personnel turnover is likely debilitating. I am not sure if we're finallyseeing the demise of this venerable fast food chain, but I can't imagine their service issues will be shored up until they fullyautomate. Quite possibly the worst McDonald's franchise in the country. Horribly ran. This particular visit my wife spent 25 minutes from... the time she ordered until the time she got her food. They pulled her fwd and openly admitted they forgot about her. No apology.No sympathy. They just brought the food out after I called and complained and handed her the food and walked away. If there wasan option for zero stars I'd give them that. Read more
They are hiring and it shows. Not nearly enough people working here. 15 minutes to get breakfast and had to use the kiosk or... mobile app. Please stop sitting on your couch and go put an application in here and help them offer better customer service. Iwould but I?m not from this area. Btw the food was good and the manager on duty was friendly and professional. Read more
A big improvement from past experiences. Last 3 times there, the entire staff has been friendly, courteous and careful to get... orders out correctly and quickly. Read more
