On our drive from NYC to Columbus we stopped mid way at Arbys at 3 pm and really had a great experience as it was food happy... hour ????.we really loved the full spicy ???? chicken Burger.we ordered all of the happy menu..impressed with Nuggets,fries wereokay,sliders were a bit meh(the bread was not soft like burgers but chicken was good),chocolate shake was yumm..the staff arefriendly and polite..place was clean,washrooms are well maintained..so overall great experience here!!!! Short of help. It looked like 2 ppl running the place. At front counter, there was spilled cola on floor and dried but never... cleaned. When you stood on it you could hardly lift a foot to walk. Disgusting. I normally use drive thru but had to use pottyso dined in. Coffee was the worst of the worst ever had. Read more

So the food was good but wow the inside of this place is just outrageous. The floor will make you feel like Spiderman. If you... make it to sit down watch out for the crumbs on the floor and on the table. The crumbs are big enough to trip or make you feellike you are doing hurdles. So now you make it to the table I hope you brought a snow shovel to clear off the crumbs on them oryou won't get to set your food down. So goooood luck! Read more

Got food for dinner there this evening staff was unfriendly and also didn't give me the proper size for my meal which I was over... charged for a med meal and got small fries in my meal instead. Asked for sauce and got a eye roll and staff was very stressed. Iwas like ???? ok... Ordered here for the first time and it took a while to get food even though it was not busy. I ordered the fried pies and I had... to go back because they forgot them. The pies are ok, they didn't really have flavor and they were not that sweet, which is goodfor those who can indulge and not have a diabetic attack! The shakes are yummy.
