Bad service, not welcoming to customers. The cashier and the manager was not responsive. The actual closing time was 10 PM, we... checked in at 8 PM and they were not allowing us to dine in and asked us to leave the restaurant as it was closing. The girl was very nice she was new she for got to add my son's cheese bugar ( it was my fault not hers I was talking to fast I... thought she had everything) when I looked at my recit I realized it when she opened the window to give me my drinks I saidforgot my son's bugar is there anyway I can get one and pay for it while I sit here or do I have to drive around we were theonly car in line at that time the young girl said I am so sorry I'll pay for his bugar I thought I had everything I told her noit was my fault not hers because I was talking to fast but she said no I insist how does he take his bugar I told her and shepaid for it and apologized to me again but like I said it wasn't her fault my son thanked her and so did I. She was a sweetyoung girl she looked like she was in highschool still she was kind of only this world had more people like her. I hope some dayI can repay her. This Burger King is quality food, but my husband's whopper that was supposed to have guacamole on it did not. My son's did not... have any sauce. My chicken nuggets and fries were hot and tasty, as were my daughter's chicken fingers and fries. I wassurprised that they do not carry chocolate milk as a drink option, but I enjoyed the substitutes. There are a men's restroom anda women's restroom, each with two stalls, but the space is limited. I think it may be difficult for a wheelchair, although onewas wider with the intent to use a wheelchair. Read more
We had a large order for a family of 6. After ordering through the drive through i pulled to the window to pay and before they... took my card they asked to read back my whole order to be sure it was right seeing it was so big. They did miss one sandwich butit again was a large order but i did receive my sandwhich before leaving the drive through window. Read more
Driving through the area on the highway over the weekend, decided to exit and get something to eat. This Burger King had very... nice employees, and really fresh food! I don't know why I'm so surprised, but I hadn't eaten at a BK in a long time and had noexpectations. The fries had just come out of the fryer and were nearly too hot to eat, the burger had a good flavor and the bunwas fresh. The only thing that was an issue was the soft drink. Sprite Zero with some grape flavoring tasted simply likeseltzer water. Think they need to change the Sprite Zero syrup tank. Everything else was good! Read more
Sat in Drive Thru and was never greeted. Waited awhile longer still no one. I left and ordered at another restaurant. The shame... here was, there were Bo customers ahead of me and no customers at front counter when I pulled away. So sad.
