We came in last night and had dinner. Our food was really good and cooked just right. Our server, Tesla, was wonderful. She was... really nice and friendly. Sid filled in while she was at break and between the two of them everything was fantastic! I came inthis morning and got a smoothie. Abigail was so sweet and friendly! We will definitely be back. The food was good, hot, and was prepared exactly as we had hoped. But the best part of my review is about an employee. Ryan was... our host and server. He also cleaned tables and was perfectly attentive. He was calm and seemed to handle all of the guests withthe same attentiveness and courtesy. worst experience i?ve ever had at any restaurant. waited an hour and a half for our food. my chicken sandwich was completely... raw. my mom and grandmother ordered cobb salads (mainly for the avocado), and got told they were ?out of avocado? after theywere served garden salads. we were only offered 25% off after we argued. just awful. Did a mobile order which I showed up 30 mins later & that?s more than enough time for the food to be ready, yet I had to wait... another 20 minutes there waiting, after they handle me my slam burger the lady asked me if I ordered something to drink which Idid, like cmon you don?t check my order ? The staff here are amazing! Very kind, respectful and attentive! Plus I give the cooks an A+ for making extremely good and hot... food! The best experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time!
