The order took a very long time to get through the drive through. After we got home the food was cold, the order was not filled... correctly in fact it was the opposite. No explanation why it took so long etc? For two cold hamburgers and cold fries the totalwas near $25 dollars. I will never go to this restaurant again. Read more

Food is good , fast friendly service. Only issue is the dining room is a complete mess. Food all over the floor mainly French... fries. Also the tables and chairs could use a good wipe down but there was nothing to wipe down with as the napkins did not dojustice. The soda area was a mess as well. Visited on a Sat night around 7pm. Haven't been there in awhile. Tried it tonight around 5:30pm. Staff was very friendly. Couldn't find a clean table or booth. 70%... of tables were open, not crowded. Had to clean my own table and noticed others doing the same. The men's room was a mess.Milkshakes were very good, but the burger was over cooked and crispy, like bacon. Read more

My mother and I stopped to have Freddy's for dinner tonight 6/21/22. Our visit here has been the same wonderful experience like... in our past visits. I ordered a Double Bacon BBQ Burger it was prepared excellent, fresh & hot with hot crispy fries, my motherhad the spicy chicken sandwich, she enjoyed her sandwich with hot crispy fries. I also had a Key Lime Pie Concrete expertlyblended with a slice of pie, it was a perfect ending to a great meal. We love this location for their professionalism & food.The staff here actually care unlike the West Chester location that has gone downhill. West Chester should take valuable lessonsfrom Broomall. So easy, used the drive through. It was quick, a great value and very yummy! We got Strawberry & Chocolate shakes, delicious, ... and the burger combo (double cheeseburger & shoestring fries) was really great! My husband enjoyed the cheese curds, but that'sjust not my thing and we also split a few onion rings which were great! Overall, service & food were excellent, it looked veryclean and well organized inside (view from the drive through) and was a great value for a quick meal. I'll definitely be backagain! Read more
