They messed up my order then we called to reorder the food and the manager Robert never asked for the food back. My friend went... back in to get my new order that they fixed and Robert was very disrespectful to her. He asked for the food back and my friendsaid she didn?t have it, causing him to say with a lot of attitude and flicking the bag towards her ?I hope whoever bought allof the other food enjoys it.? We don?t understand how he has an attitude about the order that HE messed up. Then we called andasked for corporate and apparently he didn?t know corporates number. If you don?t know corporates number maybe you shouldn?t beworking for that company. Very disappointed with Panera?s customer service, they need to step it up a few notches. Read more
Staff needs higher work attitude to keep tables seating and floors clean to Panera's excellent standards!
They must have had a tech issue during the lunch rush. Orders were missing, names were wrong, etc. That could be out of their... hands but where they really failed is that there was no communication from them. It didn't seem like management stepped up tomanage customers (although it did seem like they were helping to make orders). When we arrived there were no people in line andmaybe 1 or 2 people waiting for their orders. Or orders took ~40 mins... Some of the orders were also wrong but it wasn't worthtrying to get them fixed. Read more
I came to The Panera Bread in Lawrence Park Shopping Center in Broomall for the second time ever Sunday January 30, 2022. I... asked for help at the Kiosk since I was trying to buy multiple soups and was unfamiliar with what were the best sellers etc? The Manager came over and took me to a register where she was questioning employees about why they hadn?t logged in and whatdrawers they were using to make change. She then walked to the back and didn?t come back after saying the Chicken something wastheir best selling soup. I waited by the kiosk for 10 minutes and a girl behind the counter finally noticed me and asked ifshe could help. I replied that the manager said she would be right back that I wanted to know what was the best selling soup. She went in the back and asked the Manager who now replied Broccoli Cheese which I knew wasn?t what she told me the first time. Our food was great and ready in almost no time and was delicious. One note, used the ladies room before I place an order.... Someone had had a bowel movement on the floor in was in one of the Stalls I reported it. When I left your establishment and anhour later and used the bathroom again it was still there.???? Read more
Took Mom for lunch before an appointment. We arrived just around noon on Wednesday 7/15. Food was fine, service was fine.... Bathrooms were filthy! Spigot to sink was not well connected but was able to wash hands. CLEAN THE BATHROOMS. Just curious ifstaff uses the same bathrooms as do customers. Read more
