This Popeye's has always had major issues. The service is piss poor, the food is hardly ever fresh, especially the chicken... strips meals my father and I ordered on 10/12/22 for lunch, our strips were old, our biscuits were dry and the cole slaw was theonly thing that was edible. When customers order meals, each person gets two sauces each free of charge!! As a customer I don'tappreciate the staff's attitude regarding request of sauces! This is bad business! I even contacted Corporate and this isn'tPopeye's way of doing business or customer service. Also the soda area and tables were dirty, this is a major turn off.Unacceptable! Came in for a 12-piece meal, the kid behind the counter kept asking me if I wanted chicken nuggets and I told him no I wanted... the 12 piece meal. After me repeating this three times and starting to get annoyed because he does not listen he getsan attitude so I left and didn't purchase anything. My chicken sandwich was disgusting. I could barely bite through it. It was so tough I spit it out and threw away my sandwich. I... got a frozen Strawberry lemonade, they pumped way too much Strawberry syrup into the cup and it's way too sweet. Servicer wasrude. I should put zero stars . Older guy with the glasses,I think his name is Muhammad(not the owner). he is very rude and arrogant.... Poor customer service. I have been going to this store since they opened. Recently I ordered shrimp combo. First of all he(Older guy)was not happy,he gave me a attitude and rude look because I asked him few questions while I was ordering. I got homeI looked at the shrimp combo box,there was no shrimp in there. He acts like he's the one paying for my food. He purposely messedup my order.
