First off there was over 4 workers behind the counter and the service was still slow!!!! Then I saw a container out that said... 9/15 ( the date of the food) and it?s the 25th meaning we are being served old food.Then I get home to see the Queso all chunkyand not very good tasting.also the chips had a onion smell. Today was my first time visiting this location. It's a clean looking store with a pretty cool staff... but the the food???? I... order a chicken burrito and this had to be thee smallest burrito I've ever had from a Qdoba. Literally a half spoon of diced upchicken?? They were so cheap with every single ingredient I asked for???????? Please do better folks. I'll prob try again nextweek when I'm back in the area. Hopefully they do better???? Read more
Normally they do well here. Visited on 5/5 and ordered online to avoid waiting in line. Order said it would be ready by 6:48pm... and I walked out at 7:30pm finally with the order. Then made the in-store orders ahead of online orders which if that was thecase I would have ordered there. I would work on making sure both types of orders are being filled. Also, the food was light(meaning like barely any meat or cheese in tacos) and we did not get our guacamole. Read more
I just have to say, I'm not fully comfortable going into a lot of places yet, but this place is by far one of the best!! The... service was fantastic! I had a little issue with a piece of lettuce, and the employee, Gavin made me feel so comfortable askinghim to take it off my bowl. I felt horrible asking, and he made me feel like it was no big deal. Gavin, you're an amazingemployee!!! The space is clean, well cared for, food orders come out perfect every time...you couldn't ask for better as we getourselves back into the world!! Thank you to the staff!! Staff is super friendly and service is quick. They took out the coke freestyle machine unfortunately so drink choices are now... limited. Also not a fan of the new App. Read more
