I usually stop at the Starbucks on City Line avenue when I am out this way and it?s a backtrack. So, today I stopped at this... location cause it was closer to my destination. I will NEVER go back to City Line. This location has the NICEST employees. David greeted me as if I were a frequent customer and I instantly felt welcomed. This should be a training store for all otherlocations to experience how customer service is executed. A job well done. Almost made me want to work at Starbucks myself. Read more
This location is excellent! Everyone is extremely friendly and always gets your order right, and can I just say that every drive... through needs a David working! He is sooo pleasant, friendly, and polite. I honestly have never gone through a drive throughwhere the person taking your order acts like they actually enjoy their job and happy to be taking your order. He is a breath offresh air in the morning that?s for sure and will definitely put you in a better mood if you?re having a bad day. This specific shop ALWAYS makes my drink perfectly (oat milk vanilla latte, iced venti guy) I'm writing to review the manager... who worked this morning on 11/22/22 at 8am-ish. She was extraordinarily helpful in that while I admittedly was a jerk because Iwas frustrated that she couldn't break my $100 bill for payment. I scoffed at her saying "You guys don't have 80 bucks inthere!?" She graciously gave me my drink order to me anyway. After thinking about how much of a jerk I was, I felt compelled torecognize her efforts, through all my BS to leave happy, which I did; so much in fact that I will be returning later today topay for the drinks She offered complimentary. Granted, I'm in hospitality myself, so I understand both sides of the coin hereand I wanted to give credit where it's due. My apologies in how I acted as a customer who quite honestly just have a lot goingon personally and I took it out on team members at this shop, for which I'm sorry. Read more
