Efficiently run store, nice staff, great food. Plz mix your broccoli salad better. Last one I got, half was dry with no mayo. ... The ham salad is the best. Liked the bacon. Had a honey baked spiral w/ our Thanksgiving turkey. A bit pricey but very good! Read more

We?ve been ordering him from the Broomall location for years. I specifically ordered early this year because they were offering... a five dollar off coupon. I went to pick up the ham and unfortunately didn?t realize that I needed to have the coupon with mefor it to be applied. I felt like the person that waited on me was rather rude. Was not helpful at all and just kept saying thatthey were an individually owned store and they had nothing to do with the coupon or the website. There wasn?t anyone else inthe store at the time so it wasn?t like they couldn?t of taken the time. Very disappointed when you spend $100 for ham and youget treated like that. I've been a fan of Honey Baked Ham company for about 5yrs now. I ordered a Spiral ham with bone in center for about 20people.... And, I'm not a ham eater but I had several slices Mmmm delicious. But, this year I purchased a small ham and turkey breast andseveral sides. The string beans was popping and the apples, also the yams with nuts. Everything was great we still have someleftovers. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE SO I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION. Every year in honor of my dad we get his... fave ham from honey baked. This year I brought a ham for $56 that was full of fat. Remind you you pay by the weight of the hamand this ham was over 50% fat. I called today and was told bring the ham back and you will get a gift card. I tried to explainto the owner *Andrew* I live close to 30mins away so to drive there for a giftcard and waste gas wouldn't be smart. I wanted mymoney back but could he mail the giftcard since that's the only option and I'll email the pics of the fatty ham. He said nothat's the policy I then asked could I complain higher he replies I write the checks I'm the boss lol like ok sir. Long storyshort I own a business as well and policy is policy however in some cases you should use your better judgement. For me it's awaste of money but at lease I can warn others. If you can purchase a ham from another location I say do that. Ps. Dear Andrewthe boss remember you never know who is on the other side of the phone. Choose your words wisely... Read more
