Stopped to get coffee 12/21 @ 630 pm. .NO COFFEE MADE !!! 7/11 honors fresh coffee 24/7 signs in store state that ! When I... asked the older gentleman he said he states he already cleaned the pots and wasn't making anymore I pointed out the sign aboutfresh coffee 24-7 .. he said NOT THIS LOCATION ,that he don't make coffee after 12am...haha I Said its 630 which is almost 6hours b4 6am ... others I. We were very excited to see the new gas station open. We are a small business nearby that spends 3500-5000 dlls a month on... diesel and as soon as they open we started coming. Every time we pump we pump 100-200 gallons and the speed of the pump wasexcellent. Gradually they have slowed down tremendously. Any diesel pump here has been measure by our team at least 3 times andon different days of the week. It?s taking min 25 min to 35 min if it doesn?t stop mid way and ask to pay again. Pump use totake 10 min give or take for every 100 gallons. Our truck pumps pump 14 gallons a minute. We would like to know why they haveslowed down so much. Other than ?we are low on diesel? we have pumped same days after the station has been refilled. Read more
Horrible convenience store. The owners of this 7-eleven are crooks and do not provide the same offers as other stores. This... store is always lacking inventory and most of the time you can find it laying around on the floor. Also, I found they do notsupport the same 2 for 5* deals for monster drinks, Red Bull?s and waters that all other 7-eleven stores do. This changesfrequently and is a rip off! Read more
I LOVE this 7-11. The staff is always so welcoming and kind. I will miss the one who is going to Kansas City (I suck at names) I... talk to her every weekday morning and the new hires are amazing as well. The store is always clean and the ice tea is alwaysfresh (that is my am necessity). Read more
I love having a go to store in my neighborhood. I've enjoyed this 7-Eleven for several years now and have never had a bad... experience. I mostly frequent the store after work usually around 10 p.m. and sometimes the latest 2 a.m. My overallsatisfaction with employees at that time are 5 star! I can't tell you how many times I've gone in there having a bad day andRoger and Christine the two employees I see the most have put a huge smile on my face and changed my mood! They always seem tobe very friendly and always happy to see me. My usual go-to is grabbing some smokes and a beverage and so far never had anyproblems with being out of anything that I need or want. I highly recommend this store. The overall customer service aspect andcleanliness of the store makes it a enjoyable experience. Read more
This 7 Eleven is my go-to convenience store and not just because its around the corner from my house. The staff is alright but... the cute bald guy with the glasses is one of the nicest and professional workers at this location. He seems overqualified to bea gas station employee. The coffee is always good and my cigarettes are always in stock. Oh and gas is decently priced. Read more
I walked in to this store about 5:15 this morning and tried adding a couple hundred dollars onto my chime debit card and the... gentleman who was working told me I had to wait until 6:00 a.m. . Now mind you I have added money multiple times after midnightand before 6:00 a.m. at multiple other 7-Eleven stores off of 6th and kalamath in Denver the 7-Eleven off of Church ranch roadin Westminster and now the brand new 7-Eleven store that opened up off of 96th in Louisville. Every single one of those storestold me that there is not a time that you can't add money onto the account. The fact that this gentleman was lazy to do atransaction that took literally less than a minute to do is bad and pure laziness. You better let your employees know that thereisn't a time that they can't add money onto a debit card for chime. Read more
