Done with this place. They used to be great and actually put effort into making their bagels. I have ordered the lox salmon... bagel via DoorDash many times and recently, they slap ONE tiny piece of salmon onto half a bagel. They then smash two halves ofthe bagel together like a sandwich. Ridiculous. They used to do it properly and put salmon on each half with a tomato slice,onion, and cream cheese. So expensive for what you get. Read more
Walked in to order. Found a very long line and people waiting for orders. Ordered a ham n cheese on sesame bagel and an all... nighter with a smoothie. They lost our order, which we brought to thier attention after 20 minutes. They quickly made our orderand apologized. When we got home realized both bagels were made wrong. Plain bagel instead of sesame and no cheese on the allnighter which is supposed to come with 2 slices of American. I will be calling the store and speaking to a manager. Read more
I tried to use my points to get a free bagel and the lady at the counter said that I had to redeem it on the app ... which I... did. She then said she could not see the points and that I would have to pay for my order. I visit Einstein's several times aweek and have never had an issue redeeming my points. I am new to the neighborhood and had not been to this location before andwill never be back to this location. The lady at the counter was so rude and had "manager" on her name tag. Einstein, we gotta have a discussion about defaults. I just bought a $10 nova lox bagel and I?m not going to be returning-not... because the bagel wasn?t good or the service was bad but because it?s getting too complicated to order. I was surprised to findout I had to specifically ask it to be toasted(I feel like toasting a bagel prior to it being served is the norm) and if I askfor it(and pay for) extra smear, please assume I want the smear on the bagel-if you bring me the pieces and I have to take itapart and put it back together why wouldn?t I just make it at home. Basically, can you please just toast bagels and put thesmear on it by default? I?m simply not looking to spend that on a DIY bagel, going into a restaurant and ordering a meal (I?mnot referring to bulk purchases)-I guess I would expect it to be ready to eat. Read more
I used the app to purchased a sandwich & four bagels with cream cheese. On the app, there was not an option to add the type on... cream cheese I wanted. There was also no spot to write notes on the order. So when I picked up the order I asked if they had thedesired cream cheese. The manager said she'd give it to me but she had to charge $1.85 for it. If you're paying $5 for a bagel &cream cheese and they expect you to pay an additional $1.85 for two tablespoons for cream cheese they are crazy. To her creditthey were slightly busy and maybe understaffed and she didn't have the time to maybe fully grasp the situation. Still I can goto any local bagel shop and the same situation would be handled with, "Sorry to hear that. Here's the some cream cheese." Read more
Our favorite bagel place! We just wish we could sit inside. For some reason they have continued the no sit policy!! Our fav... bagel is apple cinnamon bagel toasted with cream cheese. Eat it like a sandwich so you get the topping in every bite! Read more
Food is always good and seems to be accurate here but why is there still no indoor seating? It?s basically a big take out... location and it seems like everyone who has made this comment is just getting a response to tell HQ about it and they?re sorryfor the inconvenience.
