These guys know how to do customer service. I watched how their manager handled things when stuff kept going wrong. She... immediately did what was needed to fix the situation and make the customers happy. In a post-pandemic world when workers andmanagers don't care, it's nice to see one that does. I was unfortunately greatly disappointed in my 5 guys experience. Typically the staff is very friendly and food is fast. However... on this visit it took nearly 30 min to receive my food. The restaurant was very busy and I won?t blame them for that but evenamongst the business the staff seemed to move with little to no urgency. I was especially disappointed considering the serviceis usually great. Will find another location next time I?m craving 5 guys. Read more
Waited 15 mins for two hot dogs and the place wasn?t busy. Workers seemed more interested in the delivery drivers? phones than... preparing meals. The inside was a mess. All tables were either occupied or needed cleaning. So, sit outside? Nope - thespeakers were blaring music so loud you?d think they?re being used to drive people away. Super clean, friendly staff, great bacon burger. The bottom bun was a touch soggy, but I think it's just because the two patties... were so juicy. Wouldn't recommend eating it in the car like I did. Get napkins! Read more
Food was good, and filling, fries were plentiful. Price was on the high side for fast food (7-$9 with no sides or drink), by the... time you have a whole meal at $15 you could be at a sit down restaurant. Read more
This was my first time eating at Five Guys! It was a great experience! Good was great! Staff had good attitude, very... welcoming! I was bummed that there wasn't any strawberry shakes at the time but the Oreo Cookie Crunch was good! And the peanutswere a treat too! Very well cleaned and kept up! Read more
